About this apartment rental
The MalinKiGa is a studio cabin for 4 people completely renovated with quality materials (new bathroom-windows-kitchen, new furniture and floors, brushed wood and old-style plaster on the walls).
In the Residence Malinka, Falaise district in the heart of the Domaine des Portes du Soleil, departure / return is on skis, all amenities are within 5 min (shops, restaurants, school and ski rental, packages and ski lifts, Aquariaz).
Avoriaz is a pedestrian station, access to the apartment directly at the exit of the parking lot.
Classified 3 *** by the Departmental Union of Tourist Offices and Tourist Offices of Haute-Savoie the apartment with a surface of 23m2 consists of:
- an alcove with bunk beds (80X190cm) and a window
- a bathroom with large shower (150X75cm), towel dryer, toilet, hair dryer and a vanity unit
- a kitchen equipped with microwave, 4 hot plates, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, raclette, toaster, iron, table and 4 chairs
- a living room with coffee table, 2 stools and a Rapido convertible sofa (Bed express brand DIVA, SIMMONS 160X200 mattress 18cm thick), Samsung Smart TV 82 cm connected to internet, WIFI. There is a door between the living room and the corridor leading to the bathroom and the sleeping area
- a ski locker and a quiet balcony with magnificent unobstructed southwest view (photos of the panorama on the site taken from the balcony), with no commercial activity below, not overlooked. With 1 table, 1 electric barbecue and 2 outdoor chairs.
Bed linen installed (duvets, sheets), towels provided and end of stay cleaning included.
Non smoking apartment.
Animals are not allowed.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It is not big being a studio but we were a family of 4 - kids aged 17 and 14, and it worked great. The location was perfect for access to ski in/out from the proclou run, which is a great beginner run. It is also a 2 minute walk to a Sherpa supermarket which stocks essentials, there are larger options within 5 minute walk as well. Close access for restaurants as well. A short walk for ski hire and the centre of town as well as the Folie Douce. Parking is just behind meaning transfer to the apartment is very easy and can be done on foot through the car parks. Parking de La falaise/ parking du plateau. Make sure transfers drop you here and not in Morzine.The views in the evening from the balcony are amazing. Great communication from the owners as well. An all round great experience, thoroughly recommend and will come again.

It was perfect for our needs. It was close to restaurants, patisserie and supermarket. And it was a ski in ski out location making it ideal for us as skiers.

We had the most amazing stay in this perfect apartment. The owners were very communicative and the check in and check out very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and had the most amazing view to wake up to every morning. Thank you so much for letting us stay - we look forward to returning soon!
