Nice 1 bedroom apartement perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful south facing balcony !Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Yak will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence. South facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space. 2nd floor of a residence equiped with 3 elevators : - Entrance hall with cupboard - Kids room on the left with 2 bunk beds - Bathroom with a bath and toilet - Living space with fully equiped kitchen - Dining table with 2 bench - Sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room - The window will guide you to the sunny balcony - Ski-locker on entrance levelApartment can welcome up to 4 guests.Listing "Le Caribou" is located next door and can also be available (Capacity : 6 guests)All the appartement is at your disposalWe are available at any time if needed.Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. La surface peut sembler petite, 24m2, mais pour un couple avec un enfant de 3 ans, c’était nickel. Il est bien aménagé.
La cuisine va très bien. Petit hic, une hotte serait la bienvenue ;o)
Le système de canapé-lit est très efficace et le matelas de bonne qualité !
Notre fils a très bien dormi dans sa chambre à l’entrée (lit superposé).
L’accueil de l’agence est top et toujours disponible (réponse par WhatsApp dans les 10 min à peine).
L’appartement est situé à environ 50m du parking de la falaise, ce qui était important pour nous, car nous bougeons pas mal en voiture durant nos séjours. Le centre est très vite accessible à pied, sinon les traîneaux sont juste à côté pour descendre et remonter.
A refaire et je recommande !
