About this villa rental
Between sea and mountain, our mini-villa is located in the heart of a 3-star residence 200m from the center of the village of Serra di Ferro and near the port of Porto Pollo (5min) and Propriano (20min), with a view magnificent on Cupabia bay (beach accessible on foot from the residence 20 min walk)

Villa T2 5 people with wall air conditioning:
- 1 large bedroom with double bed (BB bed available if needed)
- 1 beautiful living room with sea view with 1 sofa convertible into a double bed which acts as a 2nd bedroom, 1 single sofa bed, 1 flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.
- 1 new fully equipped kitchen area with microwave combination oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, vitro hob, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker ...
- 1 bathroom with bath / shower
- 1 separate WC
- A shaded terrace with breathtaking views of the sea
The residence is secure and pedestrianized (car access authorized for departures and arrivals) in a wooded park and authentic, typically Corsican vegetation, ideal for visiting Southern Corsica.
The swimming pool is open from April until October (ask me for the exact dates).
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy as on your arrival.
For rentals during the period from the beginning of November to the beginning of April, a cleaning service will be requested in addition to 95€.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but we can offer the rental of bed linen and towels. Price upon request.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the nearby beaches and the heated pool. The house was comfortable. We loved the view!
The only negative thing; there were a few dogs wandering loose and we found poop in 'our' garden.

Séjour tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la vue est incroyable. Résidence très jolie et calme. La communication avec la propriétaire a été excellente, encore merci !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances dans cette mini villa. La vue sur la plage de Cupabia et les montagnes avoisinantes est magnifique. Le logement a été refait à neuf et rien ne manque. La propriétaire est attentive au confort de ses locataires ce qui est par ailleurs très plaisant. Une très belle adresse.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Erholungsurlaub in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Familie Reguer. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir wurden auch während unseres Aufenthaltes von Sabine Reguer per E-Mail betreut. Ein kleines Manko, das Ferienhäuschen befindet sich in einer sehr großen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ferienanlage. Das sollte man bei der Buchung einfach beachten. Aber die herrliche Aussicht und die Möglichkeit zu Fuß in einer knappen halben Stunde an einem traumhaften Strand zu sein, hat dies wieder aufgewogen. Insgesamt für zwei Erwachsene sehr zu empfehlen. Mit einem Kind ist das Objekt auch noch gut zu nutzen, dann wird es doch sehr eng.
