This air-conditioned house (in all rooms) is a corner of paradise where you simply feel good.
Calm, swimming, warmth and splendid landscapes.
The sea 5-10 min. by car.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing and/or sporty stay for the whole family and friends.
Very well equipped accommodation with terrace and garden overlooking the sea (beautiful bay and beach of Cupabia). It is composed of:
- A fully equipped independent semi-open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
- A living/dining room with a large convertible corner sofa, dining table with chairs, coffee table and flat screen TV,
- A bedroom with a double bed 140cm, a single bed 90cm and a large cupboard,
- Another bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a large closet and a travel cot available (as well as baby equipment),
- A large sleeping area with 1 140cm BZ sofa bed, 2 single bunk beds, a large dresser and a small cupboard,
- A bathroom with shower,
- A second bathroom with bathtub,
- A separate toilet,
- A terrace with sea view (bay and beach of Cupabia) with pergola, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol,
- A small garden (small garden 50m²)
- A heated swimming pool (free, shared by the residence) with a view of the sea, open from mid-April to the end of October,
- A playground for children
- Mini-golf (free)
- A basketball hoop
- Petanque courts (lit up in the evening)

10 min. by car (~25min. on foot): superb bay and beach of Cupabia.

The must-see sites of South Corsica can be done during the day.
With a good picnic and a bit of driving (but it's worth the detour): the needles of Bavella, the Coscione plateau, Bonifacio and the Lavezzi Islands, the Scandola reserve...
Ajaccio airport 50 min. and Figari 1h30.
Port Ajaccio (ferries) 1 hour away.

Had a 2 week stay in this property
Beautiful view down to the beach from the property. Beach was lovely with ample parking
Functional, well maintained accommodation with everything we needed
