About this apartment rental
We offer a renovated in 2018, lovingly furnished apartment with south-west facing balcony and fantastic views to the Nürburg. The light-flooded 80 sqm apartment is located in the tranquil Eifel town of Anschau in Mayen-Koblenz and has its own entrance from the courtyard. A wooden staircase leads to a large living-dining room with well-equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. From this area go two bedrooms (one with double bed 180x200m and walk-in closet and another bedroom with two single beds). On the gallery in the living room is a fold-out sofa bed. Overall, the apartment has five beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility.
In the garden are a swing and a barbecue for sharing. Right next door live goats and a donkey that likes to be fed and caressed. You are allowed to bring your dog, but we charge a fee of 10 € / night for your four-legged friend.
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts. The special feature is the fantastic view of the hilly forest and meadow landscape, which you can enjoy by day, night, wind and weather. We like to lend a telescope for starry nights. The forest begins 200m away, various Traumpfad walks are also within walking distance. The Nürburgring and Maria Laach as well as the Dauner Maare and Cochem on the Moselle are reachable by car in less than 30 minutes. The county town of Mayen is 13 km away, where there are shops and restaurants as well as an indoor and outdoor pool, a great indoor playground, a cinema and other cultural offerings. It takes eight minutes by car to reach Monreal, along picturesque creeks and mills to reach the beautiful village with its half-timbered houses and gastronomic offers in two hours on foot. A bakery with mom and pop shop and a riding stable are three kilometers away. In the apartment there are various hiking guides and many excursion tips. We also have books, magazines and games for all ages, and there is also a satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideal for families and people who like to hike and enjoy the tranquility. The journey by car is recommended. Upon request, we will buy for you in advance, so you can prepare food on the day of arrival.
Bed linen, towels and a basket of firewood are included. Facilities include hair dryer, blanket, a hot water bottle, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits. We look forward to you.
