Overall nice stay and a really welcoming hostess

Our flight was late, so we ended up arriving after the time that we've agreed. Even though it was pretty late, the hostess waited for us and were really welcoming. Everything was fine, for us a little bit far from the nurburgring after a whole day at rock am ring, but still recommended. The place was quiet and with the parking lot and eating options nearby.

The access to the bathroom was outside of the bedroom. We had the whole floor so it wasn't a problem, but we weren't expecting that. And also I would say that the curtains were a little bit thin so if the lights bother you to sleep, better come with sleep mask

Bedroom cramped but overall very clean and decent for a short stay

Hosts were very nice and friendly, room and bathroom were very clean, fridge worked really well, decent wifi enough to stream some youtube/netflix, imbiss and supermarket literally meters away, there's a nice living room provided as well

Very noisy. There's constant traffic and it sounds like it's driving straight through your room. Music and cigarette smell from owners on the first day. Not meant for long people as I bumped my head on the ceiling above the stairs :) The room itself is very low as well and requires a lot of crouching if you're tall.

Bedroom layout needs improvement

Large Bathroom

The room I was allocated was not that as shown on the photos, The room was fairly large but had a lot of cupboards that were taking up all the wall space leaving the bed pushed up into one corner, there were also no bedside tables or bed side lights. Bathroom was shared with person in next room

Dirty, unfriendly and not a easy check in at all.

Leaving in the next morning.

I had a late check in (requested this previous to my booking) - once i arrived and got the key under the floor mat i had no idea which room was mine. So i had to go knocking on about 10 doors to find my room. Once found, it was absolutely filth. Dirt on the couch, and next to the bed.

Relativ großes Zimmer, gutes Wifi.

Sauberkeit: Unter dem Bett und in den Ecken Spinnweben, teilweise Brösel am Boden Badezimmer: Ist nicht im Zimmer, man muss über den. Flur gehen. Wird auf booking als "eigenes Badezimmer" angegeben, ich habe es auch (glaube ich) für mich gehabt. Allerdings ist es das einzige Badezimmer, das heißt, bei mehr Gästen wird das wohl kein eigenes Badezimmer mehr sein und generell dürfte es von der Hausbesitzerin mitverwendet werden. VOR ALLEM: ZIGARETTENRAUCH: Also es stehen überall Duftstäbchen herum, das heißt man riecht den Zigarettengeruch nicht gleich beim hineingehen. Allerdings wurde von der Besitzerin am Abend fleißig geraucht, und nachdem das Bad nur über den Flur zu erreichen ist, hat man durch den Rauchgeruch durch müssen. Im Zimmer selbst wurde viel mit Duftstäbchen überdeckt, aber heute (einen Tag später) riecht meine ganze Wäsche nach altem, abgestandenen Rauch, naja...

Nie wieder !!!!

Lage okay, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Ich war 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatte das Zimmer im DG mit eigenem Duschbad. Die Dusche ist lebensgefährlich glatt und leider auch eine Fehlkonstruktion. An der Vorderkante fehlt der Rand und nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser !!! Am ersten Morgen habe ich das Problem der Gastgeberin mitgeteilt. Leider hat sie nicht reagiert und das Problem ignoriert. Ich habe mich die nächsten 3 Tage nicht zu duschen getraut. Das Waschen an dem winzigen Waschbecken war auch eine Herausforderung.

Mehr als enttäuschend!

Es war relativ sauber

Obwohl mehrfach versichert ich hätte ein eigenes Bad, gab es es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Das war dann erstmal sehr lange besetzt...und ich hatte Stress am Morgen wegen Terminen. Als ich am nächsten Tag darauf aufmerksam machte und eine faire Lösung erfragte, wurde die Dame persönlich und aggressiv. Auf eine Anforderung von booking, zu einer teilweise Rückerstattung reagierte sie gar nicht. Die Rückerstattung habe ich dann von booking erhalten, vielen Dank an den netten Mitarbeiter vom Kundenservice! Ich war den gesamten Tag noch extrem genervt und emotional von dieser Situation. Meiner Meinung nach, hatte ich nichts falsch gemacht und war die ganze Zeit über respektvoll und freundlich. Leider galt dies nicht für mein Gegenüber. Möchte deshalb jedem abraten hier zu nächtigen, auch weil die Straße sehr laut ist und die Betten mittelmäßig...

Super nette Vermieterin, sehr sauber, sehr Hunde freundlich, hilfsbereit Parkplatz vor der Türe, Geschäfte in der Nähe usw. Sehr schön eingerichtet

Netter und vor allem sehr freundlicher Empfang in Kaisersesch

Es ist ein sehr nettes Gästehaus mit wirklich gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Toilette und das Bad im Flur, das man sich im Normalfall mit anderen Gästen teilen muss. Bei uns war dies nicht der Fall, da wir ganz allein im Haus waren. Sie Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und macht alles möglich, auch wenn man zu früh anreist. ;-) Das Frühstück war perfekt und sehr üppig, allerdings auch mit 16,- € nicht gerade preisgünstig. Aber da es wirklich gut war, ist auch das dann ok.

Außer das das Bad im Flur war, gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Aber auch hier war es für uns, da allein im Haus, kein Problem. Dafür ist das Bad wirklich toll und großzügig ausgestattet.

Anreise problemlos - Parkplatz möglich. Die Zimmer liegen ruhig und sind "gemütlich" eingerichtet. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Eckbadewanne und Dusche.
