About this villa rental
Villa Sitges Altavista, with south-facing Ibizan style, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Very sunny and lots of natural light. Its full South orientation guarantees sun all day. All rooms and rooms have ocean views except 2.
An infinite view over the sea, Sitges, the port, where the sea and the sky mix with constant changes that make this view a great attraction of this villa.
Many outdoor areas allow you to enjoy the pleasant temperatures every day with a light breeze day / night.

HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we carry several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you in the villa the most appropriate to your needs. "Then you can book in total security in" Book Now ".
We recommend you book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you want to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.
COMPLEMENTATION ON THE LOCATION:
Villas Sitges Altavista is located in Sitges in the Levantina Urbanization area, a small hill overlooking Sitges with high-end villas and total tranquility.
We recommend a vehicle to raise and lower the urbanization. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and then go to Sitges walking: Beaches, downtown Sitges, shops, etc ... all a 1 minute drive down the urbanization and 18 minutes walk (Stairs of Neighburhood).
The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.
Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, there is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

Important aspects regarding rates and payments:
1. Payment methods:
- Payment with Visa credit card: A 3% fee applies.
- Payment by bank transfer: Also accepted.
The Vrbo assistance service is available for both payment methods.
2. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost of 275 € at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, performed by 2 people) at mid-stay, cost of 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the second week, cost of 275 €.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each costing 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the third week, cost of 275 €.
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings (one at the end of each week), each costing 90 €. Final cleaning at the end of the month, cost of 350 €.
3. Tourist tax:
- 1 € per adult per day for the first 7 days of the booking.
4. Low season supplements (October 15 to April 15):
- Weekly stays: Heating: 300 € per week.
- One-month stay: Supplement of 800 € per month to cover the costs of water, electricity, and gas according to actual consumption.
5. Late check-in:
- Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00: Supplement of 45 €.
- Arrivals after 00:00: Supplement of 70 €.
6. Surcharge for number of guests:
- The base price is for a family of up to 6 people.
- For 2 families and up to 8 people, a surcharge of 1,000 € per week applies.
7. Refundable damage deposit:
- 1,000 € for weekly rentals.
- 1,500 € for monthly rentals.
- The deposit is refunded 7 days after check-out.

Amaizing villa. Great View from all parts of the villa, from dinning-room, Suite, Kitchen, Terrace.Good Services from Weekly villas at check-in and during the stay.Good maintenance of the villa and cleaned at check-in. The villa is close to beaches/sitges center but need a car.We would repeat and recomend Villa Altavista.Pedro.

Villa Altavista fully lived up to the online images and information. The views of Sitges were stunning particularly from the pool area, the balcony on which we enjoyed a number of BBQs, and especially from the wide open master bedroom. The Villa is comfortable, well maintained and everything is provided for. Although we were quite high up above town, the walk down was not prohibitively long, or we drove down to the marina area where we could park and were in the Old Town within 15 minutes. We had a fabulous time.

Villa Altavista is a house with private pool, located in Sitges. It has everything you need and is distributed over 3 floors.
The outside of the villa is very beautiful, it has a chill out area, a swimming pool with sea views and several sun loungers to relax and enjoy the weather.
The villa is a luxury both inside and out, I would love to come back very soon!

Villa Altavista was in need of a lot of attention. The property was tired and not well maintained. There were certain safety issues that need addressing also.
