Complete Renovation Finished in July 2025
The masia has been fully restored over the past year, preserving its rustic soul and traditional architecture: wooden beam ceilings, natural stone walls, travertine floors, and spacious interiors fill every corner with character and history.
The works are in their final phase, with completion scheduled for July 15, 2025. From this date onward, we will welcome our first guests.

Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning €460.
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours) €100 + final cleaning €460.
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings €100 each + final cleaning €460.
Tourist Tax:
€1 per adult per day, applicable for the first 7 days of stay.
Low Season (October to April):
Heating: €300 per week.
Additional supplement from 8 guests onwards: €20 per person per day.
Monthly Stays:
Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €1,200 (based on actual consumption).
Pets: €100 per week.
Heated pool: €250 per week.
🕗 Late Check-in:
From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €45 supplement.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Each room had a beautiful view of the sea. There were plenty of separate spaces for our 3 families (myself, husband and our 9 and 11 year old-my sister and her 16yr old and my oldest daughter, her husband and their 5 month old). The inside pool was warm and the perfect area for those who wanted to be out of the sun but still part of the group. The owner, Juan, was friendly and super accommodating. Any issue we encountered was quickly addressed. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Villa Bianca is a perfect family home, where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful views from the swimming pool towards the sea. It has a heated jacuzzi, chill out area and an outdoor dining area.
The interior is a real luxury, with large windows that allow you to see outside the villa.
Overall the villa is perfect for a holiday!
