About this villa rental
Villas Sitges Tupinetti has been completely renovated in the month of May 2017 (100%).
Work of a prestigious architect was an avant-garde town of Sitges in the 1960s and maintains its Art-Deco essence with a complete update and modernization of the entire Villa: spacious with more than 400 meters built, comfortable with a single interior floor, with pool private, garden, summer lounge and 2 terraces plus a solarium with a spectacular view, 100 meters from the sea and famous beaches of Sitges (1 minute walk).

HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we carry several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you in the villa the most appropriate to your needs. "Then you can book in total security in" Book Now ".
We recommend you book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you want to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.
COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA:
The best area of Sitges, the neighborhood of Terramar. Tranquility and proximity to the beach as the town of Sitges. You can easily find several restaurants and bars near the beaches of Sitges. The closest supermarkets of the Villa are 5 minutes walk.

Villa Sitges Tupinetti belongs to a foundation that dedicates 100% of the net income of the villa to charitable purposes for health, education and childhood.
The Villa is located on the second line of the Sitges promenade, with the advantage of adding the proximity to the beach of Sitges and the center of Sitges with the tranquility of not being on the seafront. Private parking for 4 cars.
OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:
A Garden of more than 800 square meters in the most exclusive area of Sitges, an 8 * 4 private pool, surrounded by magnificent trees to rest in the shade and tranquility.
This villa has three terraces and an outside area to sit and eat with barbecue.
2 Terraces and a solarium + covered summer lounge: An ideal terrace for breakfast on the south facade of the Villa overlooking the sea to start the day perfectly.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Villa Tupinetti is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.
We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months very attractive !!!. Consult them.

Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 425 €.
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 425 €.
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 425 €.
Important: if departure is on a Sunday, the final cleaning cost will be 605 €.
Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.
Low season (November to April):
Weekly stays: Weekly provision for utilities (water, electricity, heating…): 500 €, adjusted to actual consumption.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tupinetti with our group of 11. It’s spacious and comfortable, with 6 bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The A/C in each room worked great, which was a huge plus in the summer heat.The layout was nice—the upstairs was where we mostly hung out in the living room and kitchen area. The downstairs family room opens out to the pool and grill area. There’s plenty of parking inside the gated property. We had 2 cars, but could probably fit 4 with no problem.The location is great—just a short walk to the incredible beach. Walk along the beachfront and you'll find small beach shops and restaurants. A little further still and you'll get to town, where there are more stores and restaurants.We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but they were taken care of quickly. Cristina, who checked us in, was super helpful and always easy to reach. The rest of the team, like Maria, were also responsive and kind.Overall, this was a great spot for our group. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The villa is stunning and the property manager was great with communicating.
The outside areas are great for groups and families. Its rigjt in the centre of the strip so its easy ti walk to the old town amd to the beach.
