About this house rental
Located in Léognan in the heart of the vineyards of Grands Crus Classés of the same name (Pessac Léognan), architect house of 150 m² with its heated pool (7m * 3.5m) which can accommodate 6 to 8 people. 10 km south of the historic center of Bordeaux, you will easily reach the major sites of the region.
Quiet (at the bottom of a private cul-de-sac), in the shade of the oak trees of the enclosed garden of 1200 m² and on the edge of the forest, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the exotic wooden terrace. The children will find their happiness in the outdoor games provided (portico, hut, trampoline, ping-pong, basketball sign, etc.) as well as in the games room dedicated to them (board games, jigsaw, disguises, table football, billiards, books ...). In addition, you will have in this villa that wants to open on the garden, all the necessary comfort to spend pleasant holidays (equipped kitchen, internet access, laundry, Nespresso machine, freezer ...). On arrival you will have that to file your business and enjoy your stay, the beds will be made previously with sheets provided by us.
Your cars will be parked in our parking closed by an automatic gate, with the possibility of a shelter in a doorway.
You understood, if you want to organize a EVG, a EVJF or spring break with friends, this house is not for you! We want to preserve the tranquility of these places by offering our tenants an environment conducive to rest and relaxation. We have privileged families with children for many years. The comments filed and especially the quality of the exchanges made before and after the rental, we comfort in this choice.
Ideally located, the house is 1km from the village of Léognan (two supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, newspapers ...), 10 km from BORDEAUX (UNESCO), 5km from the Sources of Caudalie (Smith Haut Lafitte Castle with thalassotherapy center and gourmet restaurant), 40 km from the ocean and 50 km from Saint Emilion (UNESCO)

It's a lovely property, with all the key features to serve our family's requirements. It's in a very quiet location, but within walking distance to Leognan and only a short drive to the heart of Bordeaux. The pool was the perfect size to keep us all entertained, while the garden area is perfect for sunbathing.

We all loved staying at the villa and had excellent communication from Sebastien and Agnes right from when we booked. The villa was perfect for our toddler as there was lots to explore within safe and flat grounds and the pool was beautiful. With all sorts of amenities, we were able to cook and had the Leclerc supermarket only 5 minutes away. There are nice towns to explore very close by and a farm / park in Gradignan. The coast is only 45 minutes away which was stunning. A very peaceful and tranquil area in a very friendly community. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
