About this house rental
The house we offer here on Homeaway is the Blue house, it has independent access and two large courtyards. What the kitchen overlooks is partly porch and partly uncovered, it is a bright space with many green plants, it is also equipped with a barbecue. The side courtyard is equipped with an outdoor shower. It is particularly suitable for families with 2 or more children as the internal and external spaces are large.
The house is located in Sa Petra Ruja in the municipality of Siniscola, 40 minutes by car from the port / airport of Olbia, it is 350 METERS FROM A BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND BEACH (see attached photo).
The house is recent and the furnishings are comfortable and practical. The house has 4-6 beds arranged in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet. A sofa bed is available in the living room. Externally there is a porticoed space and another open space with barbecue. In these outdoor spaces there is a table and chairs where you can eat comfortably for 6 people enjoying the cool evening. Externally there is an additional (hot) shower.
NB: The supply of linen is not included. It is available upon advance rental request.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien hier. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: nahe am Strand mit feinem Sand, Dünen, Pinienwäldchen. Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Haus neben der Hauptstrasse ist, hört man sie kaum, da der Sitzplatz auf der strassenabgewandten Seite liegt.

Die Einteilung der Ferienwohnung war perfekt für eine größere Familie. Vor allen Dingen sehr kinderfreundlich. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Alles in allem aber war es gut

Abbiamo visitato la zona di S. Lucia di Siniscola soggiornado in questa casa che si trova tra S.Lucia e La Caletta. E' una zona residednziale molto tranquilla e le case sono quasi tutte villette bifamigliari.
La distanza dal mare è di 300 metri e raggiungerlo a piedi è na passeggiata di 5 minuti attreaversando una bellissima pineta.
La casa sembra nuova, è ben tenuta e molto pulita.
Esperienza totalmente positiva.

Giriamo la sardegna da ormai 10 anni. Questa zona ci mancava. E' stata una bella sorpresa. Molto verde e spiagge enormi con mare cristallino e sabbia bianca.
Anche la spiaggia davanti alla casa era semplicemente meravigliosa. Molto bella anche la pineta che si attraversa per raggiungerla. Il villaggio ha strade sterrate ma a noi la cosa non ha creato alcun problema. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo incrociato diverse volte i proprietari. Persone socievoli e alla mano. In casa c'è tutto quello che può servire. La casa è curata e accessoriata. Mi rimane un buon ricordo generale della vacanza trascorsa in questa casa.
