About this house rental
At the end of the "Cousses" bay, the small Beaucours beach; a flight of stairs higher, the gate opens onto your garden. Very quiet, in an exceptional site. The covered terrace overlooks a private garden with trees. Access to the beach is immediate. The beach is monitored all summer long and a sea kayak is available.
The apartment has been refurbished.
This rental consists of:
A main room of 45 m2 opened by a large picture window of 5m on the terrace and the garden, facing the sea. The living room with corner lounge (sleeps 2) opposite the TV corner. A wrought iron and ceramic table, a 2-seater sofa, a fireplace with insert, on the kitchen side, a dresser, a dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar.
An independent double bedroom with large wardrobe. (Possibility to put a cot)
The bathroom with shower cabin.
Toilet
The large living room bay leads directly onto the private tiled covered terrace and the 55 m2 garden with sea view and equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs.
A curtain curtain protects you from the sun.
The private garden overlooks a courtyard closed by an electric gate and a digital code gate. Fixed private barbecue.
Parking in the yard for one car.
Shops are 900 m away (vival supermarket, tobacco, butcher, 2 bakeries, cellar, hairdresser, and pizza truck
The town center is 1,700 km 1/2 hour on foot via the small paths very pleasant to do, 8 ´ by car.
Sanary is a beautiful little port with its sharp (local fishing boats) its daily market and the big market every Wednesday.
