SANARY PLAGE GORGUETTE - Type 2 apartment on the ground floor in a secure residence, in a protected setting, between pine forest and fine sandy beach, with parking space and swimming pool. 80 meters walk from the beach of la GORGUETTE, It consists of an entrance opening onto a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a dining room with access to a large terrace / garden of 110m². You will find on the terrace an electric plancha to spend meals in the sun. Ideal for family holidays!
In addition, a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season!
It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours…) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are available to you: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gambling casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
