About this apartment rental

Apartment on the floor in a 19th century house in a quiet residential area. Located in the Beach beachfront 3 minute walk more direct access by stairs on a creek. A detached garden with opportunities to have lunch (barbecue). A room with a bed of 140 for two people plus a loft with a bed of 140. Another bedroom with two 90 loft bed that welcomes children and adolescents. In the main room with a mezzanine sleeping possibilities. American kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen. Living still in the living room with TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet in the bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. Parking in the condominium. Can be reached on foot in the Provencal village small harbor SANARYsur Sea in 15 minutes on foot and find everything you need: shops, restaurants; boats to travel to the islands of PORQUEROL etc..Et at our feet almost the vineyards of Bandol ....

Lovely apartment with everything needed for a great holiday. Stayed cool in hot weather; air con hardly needed. 5 minute walk to nearest beach; others a short cycle ride away. Nice town with lots of restaurants. Host Very helpful and friendly. Recommended.

We had a wonderul time at this chic, unique apartment in Sanary-sur-mer. It was exactly as advertised -- confortable, cozy and with plenty of space for our family of four. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were at a beautiful beach in minutes, and the lovely town of Sanary was a short walk away. We're already talking about when we can visit again.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de l'appartement près de la plage de Portissol, la possibilité d'aller sur le port de Sanary à pied. Le quartier est très agréable, l'appartement est très sympa, propre. L'accueil a été excellent, nous espérons pouvoir y retourner très vite.

Malgré un bon accueil et une localisation très appreciable, l'appartement n'a pas répondu à nos attentes. Il est très sombre (besoin d'éclairage toute la journée dans la piece principale), très encombré et dont la propreté n'est pas parfaite surtout dans le coin cuisine et les toilettes. Comme il n'y a pas de terrasse à cet appartement vous ne pouvez pas profitez du soleil du midi et du chant des cigales. P.J.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement plein de charme et tres calme au 1er étage par escaliers, plusieurs combinaisons pour dormir à 3 ou 4, Josiane est une personne tres cultivee et intéressante, elle a été très sympathique et a été disponible et dévouée pour toute question pendant le séjour et nous en sommes ravis! La plage est à 5mn à pieds et donc on ne touche pas à la voiture tout le long si l'on veut, elle reste tranquillement devant la maison dans la propriété fermée...

Charmant appartement tres chaleureux sur un site superbe. Petits déjeuners dans le jardin surplombant la mer : paix et plaisir des yeux garantis. Jardin non attenant à l'appartement mais ça vaut les quelques pas à faire. La crique de Portissol à 3 mn à pied est superbe egalement. Commerces courants proches. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Un excellent séjour.

Individuelle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich von Josiane, der Eigentümerin der Wohnung, in Empfang genommen. Es ist eine sehr individuell gestaltete Wohnung mit viel Charme und Leben, die an manchen Stellen sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Ausstattung, vorallem in der Küche, gefiel uns gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst und die meiste Zeit selbst gekocht. Auch die Betten und Kissen sind gemütlich, wobei wir alle recht klein sind. Zu benennen ist, dass es nur ein Bett gibt, das ebenerdig ist, alle anderen Betten, zwei 1,40 m und zwei 0,90 m befinden sich auf einer Empore bzw sind über eine Leiter zu erreichen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Klimaanlagen! Und auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind von Vorteil. Der kleine Garten direkt über dem Meer ist idyllisch und bietet einen phantastischen Ausblick, leider nicht zum Grillen geeignet, da ziemlich bewachsen. Es gibt einen privaten Treppenzugang zum Meer mit felsigem Einstieg. Außerdem ist es ein großer Vorteil, dass man immer einen Parkplatz hat. Die restlichen Bewohner des Hauses sind uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit begegnet.

Die Wohnung ist keine Ferienwohnung im eigentlichen Sinn, die Bewohnerin ist lediglich für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes "ausgezogen". Man lebt mit und in den sehr persönlichen Dingen. Damit kann man leben, wäre aber schön, es vorher gewusst zu haben. Hinzu kommt, dass die Wohnung zwar interessant, aber sehr voll, eingerichtet ist . Wirklich unangenehm war jedoch, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber war, dass bei Waschbecken und Toilette noch nicht einmal der Versuch unternommen worden war, diese zu reinigen. Auf vielen Regalen lag der dicke Staub, die Griffe von Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Herd etc. klebten, die Ecken waren unsauber. Obwohl wir dies in einer Ferienwohnung bislang noch nie getan haben, haben wir erst einmal selbst das Notwendigste gesäubert. Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine gute Lage und der kleine Garten ist sehr schön. Dieser ist jedoch nicht von der Wohnung aus erreichbar, man muss das Haus verlassen, über den HOf gehen und eine kleine Straße überqueren. Aber dann steht und sitzt man wirklich direkt über dem Meer.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Domizil. Der umzäunte Garten mit Blick aufs Meer war fantastisch!! Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei.Schön wären evt.ein paar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern .Frau Bergamaschi ist sehr unkompliziert und nett und auch die anderen festen Mieter im Haus sind sehr hilfsbereit.Für unsere Kinder war es auch optimal da die Stadt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar ist.Somit konnten wir mit unserem Hund gemütlich im Garten den Ausblick genießen während die Kinder im Trubel der Stadt verschwinden konnten.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit wir kommen gerne wieder!

Josiane ist eine sehr freundliche und warmherzige Vermieterin, die ihre Wohnung mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet hat. Das Ambiente ist nicht steril oder austauschbar, sondern gemütlich und individuell, wie auf den Bildern schon zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt eine Art geschlossenen Garten über dem Meer und einen eigenen Badeplatz. Zum Strand von Portissol und in die Innenstadt von Sanary kann man zu Fuß gehen. Ein paar Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch, Französisch) erleichtern die Kommunikation.
