Located on the seafront, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator and private access, this luxury apartment of 50 m², renovated in 2023, combines comfort, elegance and a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the port and its shops.
The apartment offers a pleasant open living space, bathed in light. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. It opens onto a dining room that can accommodate up to 4 people, as well as a living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV.
Large bay windows offer a breathtaking 180° view of the bay of Sanary and give access to a 10 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture and an electric blind, to take full advantage of the panorama.
Ideal for 2 people, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes:
1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed and wardrobe
1 140 cm sofa bed in the living room
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a washing machine. For more comfort, the toilet is separate.

The apartment is equipped with wifi and a TV box.
The residence has a lift, private access and a non-private parking space at the foot of the residence or along the coast.
A linen fee of €60 in cash will be requested at the time of check-in.
