About this house rental
For your holidays to discover the Dordogne and Lot, we offer a renovated farmhouse of character in local stone, classified 4étoiles, regional furniture 19th time, and very good comfort, beautiful restoration, very charming, bucolic.
The private pool, reserved for the house allows you to relax in peace. Air conditioning is a plus for the days of hot weather. the place is very relaxing with views of the countryside and the fishing pond. The medieval village of Issigeac where were shot many films is 2km. Every Sunday morning, a market is installed, which is internationally known, it is one of the few sites prior to the construction of bastides, and were built on ancient habitats that date back to at least the Gallo-Roman period, there are also many megalithic monuments.
The property is located near the main sites of Périgord, on the circuit of Bastides.
The Wine Route of Bergerac is 2km, castle and wine MONBAZILLAC,DORDOGNE VALLEY and its castles, including those of BEYNAC, CASTELNAUD, LANQUAIS,LA ROQUE-GAGEAC, MILANDES The Josephine Baker, Biron, the Goon TREMOLAT the CLOITRE of CADOUIN THE EYZIES, capital of Prehistory (CRO-MAGNON Homeland and International Museum of PREHISTOIRE).

Stayed for a week in August 18. The house is really lovely. Just what you want when staying in the Dordogne. Rooms are large, beds are comfy. The pool area is great and there is also the luxury of the lake for fishing in!! Caught a decent sized carp in there... Richard the owner is there for anything if you need him. He doesn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem with our basic language skills and google translate! I would definately recommend this place. It is in a great location and has a huge hyper market about 20 mins drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer.
