About this house rental
For rent contemporary house of 156m² on 1300 m² of private land.
House located near a charming little village: Saint Savinien sur Charente where you can find all the necessary shops (supermarkets, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, boat rentals, games for children, fishing ...).
The sea is only 30 minutes away.
Not overlooked with the neighbors. The calm of the countryside to recharge your batteries!
This is our house in which we live. We rent it out during our holidays. You will therefore find quality services as well as all the comforts of everyday life and not just the essentials as in a cottage or a classic rental.
Ideal for 2 families because 9 beds + possibility of adding 1 extra beds or baby bed.
Wifi access throughout the house and the garden.
Outdoor children's play area with
1 POOL (tubular 92 cm high by 4’57 in diameter),
1 large wooden structure (castle, etc.),
1 trampoline
1 swing, archery, soccer goals: a real space of happiness for children. Enough to keep them occupied for many hours, while keeping an eye on them from the house or the terrace ...
Our 3 children aged 5, 8 and 9 will leave their games in the playroom against good care.
Non-smoking.
The house is composed of
- 1 parental suite with 1 double bed - walk-in shower + a sink and with TV.
- 1 double bedroom with 2 90x190 beds.
- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (2 people) + two single beds.
- 1 bedroom with a single bed.
(Possibilities of adding 2 90x190 mattresses to the floor)
We can provide you with an additional 140x190 mattress (on the floor) upon request..
- 1 very large living space of 65 m2: fully equipped kitchen open to the dining-living room ideal for spending pleasant moments together.
- Library, DVD player.
- around thirty board games for adults and children
- 2 bathrooms: - 1 with bath, walk-in shower and 2 sinks.
- 1 with shower (with integrated bluetooth speaker) + 1 sink.
- 2 separate toilets.
- 1 utility room with a scullery, a washing machine.
- 40 m² terrace (garden furniture with 6 armchairs, shade veil, barbecue, parasol, Pergola, etc.), on a large garden (washing line + two large dryers)
All household appliances: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner + all small household appliances (microwave, toaster, sensible coffee maker, board and iron) ironing, raclette, fondue, pancake party ...) and everyday dishes.
We will give you a little wheat and grains for our 5 hens, who will lay good fresh eggs every day that the children can fetch with pleasure.
Large parking lot for parking several vehicles.
Baby equipment: Cot, potty, booster seat available.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison est bien équipée et les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés un instant grâce aux équipements de la maison. Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute.

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison. Le jardin est parfait et la petite piscine est vraiment top et bien chauffée :D
Les photos correspondent bien au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et à l’écoute.
Je recommande cette location !!

Je vais commencer par les moins:
Pas de joli plan d'eau ou l'on peut se baigner dans les alentours (sauf si je n'ai pas trouvé, je n'ai pas beaucoup cherché pour être honnête, avec la piscine à domicile et la mer à 35min...)
Une seule chambre avec des lits d'adulte sur 4, dans notre configuration (3 adultes, 6 enfants), certains adultes ont dormi dans des lits d'enfants.
Les plus:
Très belle propriété avec piscine (taille moyenne mais largement suffisante pour des enfants et ados), trampoline, poulailler, parc pour cochons d'indes,... et j'en passe beaucoup, qui va ravir vos enfants, soyez en sur.
Propriétaires très gentils
Jeux de société, déguisements, DVD laissés à disposition, on peut venir les mains vides, vous ne manquerez de rien

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison à Saint-Savinien. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin avec la piscine, le trampoline ainsi que les animaux: poules et cochons dinde.
