The Gite has a living room kitchen area, individual WC, shower room. 1 bedroom bed 140 on the ground floor
upstairs 2 bedrooms with 90 cm bed.
Outside a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. sunbath.
A pingpong table and a private swing all on an enclosed plot.
Ideal for holidays in family with two or between friends you will be able to visit within 5 kms the Bastide of Monpazier the Castle of Biron to make pedestrian excursion of the bicycle to leave it of the portal of the Lodging.
Less than 10 kms from the possibility of horse riding in the tennis acrobranche.
We are 45 km from Bergerac with its airport and these vineyards

The villa, facilities and owners are all nice. A little too hot in the house without air-conditioning when temperature outside hits 30c. It's very quiet there , perfect for calm holiday, but on the flip side, due to the location we had way too much of a wildlife around house. Also the only town in close proximity is Monpazier it's a small town with very limited selection of entertainment. Yet it's a beautiful, historical location with loads of character. Overall it is perfect for a very quiet holiday in the countryside but if you like a bit of a going out and entertainment too, it's probably not the best choice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is charming and decorated with love. Great bed, bathroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. You have a lot of privacy in the garden and we used the swimming pool daily. Very close to Monpazier where you can find everyting you need. Nice area to discover and we loved to cycle there.
