Featuring a beautiful mix of stone and wood, this house full of charm is quite isolated in the countryside and located 4 km from the fortifications of Monpazier, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
The living area measures 45 sq.m and is made up of a kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, and extractor hood.
The living room boasts a sofa with 3 extra spots to sit, a coffee table, 40-inch flat screen television, DVD player, and hi-fi system.
The dining room offers a table with 6 chairs and an antique cupboard to hold the crockery.
Aerothermal heating through the floor
A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the cellar.
The house's three bedrooms are arranged in the following way:
The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables with lamps.
The second has a 160 cm bed, chest of drawers, two armchairs, a round table, two bedside tables and two wall lamps.
The third has two 90 cm beds, two bedside tables and two lamps.
The beds come with duvets and bedspreads.
The shower room boasts a large walk-in shower and two bowl sinks.
A large dressing room completes what the house has to offer.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, décorée avec goût. L'espace extérieur est idéal pour se reposer et la piscine vous permet de vous délasser après les visites des grottes ou châteaux des alentours . Nous gardons cette adresse de plus que les propriétaires sont à votre écoute et sont très serviables. Nous recommandons cette locataire. N'hésitez pas à louer vous ne serez pas déçu. Hôte très accueillante ,nous avons profité de bons produits de sa ferme , un régal !!Maison au calme , bien équipée , proximité de Monpazier très appréciable ( charmant village où l’on trouve tout le nécessaire), connexion internet adsl limitée.
