About this house rental
Fisherman's house of 100 m² renovated in 2010 with all the comfort, careful decoration.
Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops (300m) and the sea, Eloux wood and salt marshes (400m).
The enclosed ground has private parking.
The bright house includes a dining-living room with a wood stove.
a reading and TV lounge (flat screen-Canal + and Satellite channel)
A fully equipped independent kitchen.
2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor equipped with a 160 bed and the other upstairs with two beds (140 and 90 cm).
A bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The garden is equipped with two terrace areas, one in wood with garden furniture for meals, a large sandbox for children, an outdoor shower (hot and cold water)
At the bottom of the garden is a shed for storing 4 adult bikes and 2 child bikes (8-12 years), a barbecue and fishing tackle equipment available to holidaymakers.

nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre belle maison de vacances.
L'accueil a été très chaleureux et personnalisé !
Tout est comme décrit et rien ne manque.
La boulangerie et un petit supermarché sont rapidement accessibles avec les bons vélos disponibles.
C'était amusant d'explorer les petites villes et les belles plages de l'île à vélo. Presque tous les jours de la semaine, vous pouvez trouver de merveilleux ingrédients frais pour le dîner sur l'un des nombreux marchés hebdomadaires.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location fin juillet.
La maison est située dans une rue calme et proche de la plage (10 min à pied).
C'est un logement très confortable, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût.
Une vraie maison de vacances où il fait bon vivre !!!
Les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute et d'excellent conseil.
Très belle adresse pour découvrir Noirmoutier.

We found the house very comfortable and charmingly decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice! It felt like a proper home not just a holiday home. Very pretty garden ideal for relaxing in after cycling around the various scenic cycle tracks around the island, we used the bicycles provided. Particularly enjoyed the wildlife, birds and butterflies. The local bar at the other end of our road was very friendly. Lovely covered market in Noirmoutier, with wonderful seafood, we used the barbecue in the garden several times.

Une maison très agréable décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire qui est pleine d attentions. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un réel plus. La situation est parfaite, à peine 10 min à pied par une petite route de la plage (même avec nos enfants qui ne marchent pas très vite). Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour et reviendrons sans doute profiter de cette petite merveille.
