Located 2 km from the beautiful town of Privas, 20 km of Aubenas, beautiful house for 10 people. with private pool and barbecue Moroccan style.

Large kitchen, beautiful living room, lounge area with leather armchair, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms-bathroom. The 5th bedroom is next to the pool and is reserved exclusively for adults or teenagers but not toddlers. It has a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a cot and high chair available.
The 11X5 size pool is fully secured by a barrier.

Beautiful villa with ample space for privacy if needed. Excellent large pool. Great communication and flexibility during the exceptional circumstances of the pandemic. Only minor downside are the firm mattresses.
