Gîte "Les Oliviers d'Ardèche" Dolce Via – Up to 11 people
In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, escape to an old stone farmhouse completely renovated. Located in Chalencon (Village of Character), the 10-hectare estate borders the beautiful Eyrieux river and offers direct access to the famous La Dolce Via gentle bike path.
The Gîte (4 bedrooms - sleeps 11)
• Bedroom A & B: 2 beds 90x200 cm (per room)
• Bedroom C: 4 adult bunk beds 90x190 cm
• Bedroom D: 3 beds 90x200 cm
• Equipment: Full integrated kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, 2 fridges, freezer), washing machine, TV, air conditioning (2 units).
• Outside: 70 m² terrace with 180° view of the Eyrieux, 40 m² awning/pergola, shaded summer terrace.
• 2 Bathrooms and 2 toilets
Activities & Nature on site
• Swimming & Fishing: 2 private natural beaches on the estate, fishing course (No-Kill) on the Eyrieux and surrounding rivers.
• Hiking & Cycling: Marked trails in front of the house. Direct access to La Dolce Via (secure cycle path with a low gradient). Bike rental possible on site.
• Picking: Depending on the season, enjoy the fruits of the estate (olives, chestnuts, figs, cherries...).

Eyrium aquatic base (15 minutes away), lakes, and major Ardèche sites (Chauvet Cave, Mont Gerbier de Joncs, Safari de Peaugres, etc).
