Facing south, this beautiful villa has a large living-dining room of 90 m2 (with high ceilings). Spacious, it will ideally accommodate families with its 3 pleasant and trendy bedrooms which will accommodate 6 to 8 people (convertible sofa in the living room).
One bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (160x200 cm) with excellent bedding, the other two bedrooms have 140x200 cm beds.
On request, possibility of cot and high chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave.
The 35 m2 apartment is composed of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (excellent bedding), a bathroom (with walk-in shower), a living room with convertible sofa, a kitchen area (2-burner hob, extractor hood, fridge). Its terrace facing the swimming pool will seduce you.
A heated swimming pool (28 °) of 7m x 3m50 equipped with an electric shutter (European standard) and surrounded by a wooden terrace, with sunbathing and deckchairs.
The house, fully fenced and with electric gate, is surrounded by a 200 m2 wooden terrace (part of which is covered with a pergola), equipped with two garden lounge tables and 10 deckchairs.

Between the ocean and the forest, the house can be the starting point for many bike rides with cycle paths accessible to all (we are on the Vélodyssée routes).

Maison fidèles aux descriptions et photos. Largement de la place pour une grande famille avec la possibilité de trouver de l'intimité grâce à la petite annexe séparée du reste de la maison. Deco sublime et moderne et emplacement calme et proche de l'océan. Contact et communication impeccable avec les proprietaires - bref de tres bonnes vacances.
