Renovated apartment in an old religious property with large fully enclosed garden with trees. Capacity 4 people. In the city center of Chalon, in a quiet area, this charming apartment overlooks its private garden. Covering an area of 80 m2 with great benefits, it includes a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The fitted kitchen opens onto a bright living room overlooking the south-facing garden. A bedroom with a large 160 bed overlooks the garden. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (convertible on request into a large bed). The bathroom includes sink, shower, bathtub. The toilets are separate.
Complete interior equipment: gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, television, internet ...

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a large garden which is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked. It was perfect for a family of 4. It is centrally located so it's within walking distance of stores, the weekly market, Cathedral Square, etc. We hope to stay there again soon.

Eine wirklich schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Bad ist in einem Top-Zustand, Wohn- und Esszimmer sind geschmackvoll. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas bessere Messer und Töpfe gewünscht. Auch der Herd ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle hingegen waren neuwertig. Der Kühlschrank war zusammen mit dem Eisschrank modern und hochwertig. Die Wohnung hat ein modernes Lüftungssystem und es war trotz der warmen Sommertemperaturen in der Wohnung überraschend kühl. Der Garten war groß und stand uns exklusiv zur Verfügung. Im Garten gab es einen historischen Baumbestand und verschiedene Zonen mit Schatten- und Sonnen-Bereichen. Ebenso fehlte auch nicht ein Schuppen, in denen wir unsere Fahrräder und unseren Fahrradgepäckträger abstellen konnten. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Pascal war hervorragend. Noch ein Wort zu den Schlafzimmern: die Betten waren recht hart, aber dennoch haben wir gut darauf geschlafen. Wie in manchen Ländern üblich, gab es keine zwei Decken im Doppelbett, sondern nur ein großes Oberbett, was recht dick war. Daran muss man sich erst einmal gewöhnen. In den Schlafzimmer und hat uns etwas Stauraum für Kleidung gefehlt. Zu viert wäre es eng geworden. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Stadt ist fantastisch. Man erreicht alle notwendigen Geschäfte fußläufig und ist auch schnell in der historischen Altstadt.

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. One of those places that is better in person than it shows in the pictures. Very nicely furnished and well equipped. And you might find yourself spending all your time lounging in the garden. Parking can be difficult - we found readily available spaces a 15-20 minute walk away.

nous avons passé une apres midi et une nuit dans ce logement tout a été parfait et le proprietaire est vraiment tres gentil et serviable. La maison est tres propre et tres bien agencée avec une magnifique decoration nous avons adorés et ce en plein centre ville de chalon qui est magnifique et de toutes commodités Merci .
