We offer for rent, in Corsica, in the old village of Monticello en Balagne, this charming T2 apartment with an area of about 40m 2, nice and well appointed, accommodating up to 3 people (small common terrace and small sea view).
Several car parks including Place du Village a few meters, bar restaurant and grocery store nearby.
The Sports complex of Monticello and swimming pool are accessible vehicle and pedestrian (1.2Km), suitable for families. The Golf du Reginu is located at 6.8Km.
From the village and its surroundings, you can walk on the trails connecting the villages Balanins. You will enjoy the most beautiful panoramas, these unique spaces, sea, villages and mountains.
You can discover the beautiful beaches of the region, accessible from the city of Île-Rousse 4 kilometers (white and fine sand), or those in the surroundings (Calvi to Agriates).
In the summer season, it is also the long-awaited moment of great meetings. On the programme: festivals, craft fairs and concerts in the towns and villages of Corsica (spring/summer days and nights).

Agréable location figée dans un petit village au-dessus le l'Ile Rousse.Petit appartement très bien agencé,pour 4 personnes (pas plus).Au calme, idéal pour passer ses journées à la plage, qui sont dans cette région aussi belles les unes que les autres.Propriétaire très gentille et discrète.
