The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Monticello, with mountain views, a surface area of 45 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is composed as follows:

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to provide you with the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.
