About this apartment rental
Ideally located between Calvi and St-Florent, 3 minutes by car and
15 / 20mn walk from the beach, the town of Ile-Rousse, and its shops, rent a 3-room apartment with private parking in a small residence, located in a residential suburban area, very quiet, offering a view exceptional sea.
Ideal for 1 couple with 2 children, or 2 couples and a young child (cot).
1st level:
-room of living / living room opening onto terrace with beautiful view
on Ile-Rousse, Agriates and Cap Corse, flat screen TV
-bedroom with 140 bed,
-bathroom with wc, washing machine, hair dryer, first aid kit, storage.
-equipped kitchen (multi-function oven / microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various food processors, dishes, pressure cooker, electric grill, kettle, etc .....
fridge with preservative, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, steam iron, ...)
2nd level
- mezzanine / living room with wardrobe and small convertible sofa for possible extra sleeping 1 person
-bedroom with 140 bed, bedside table, cupboard / wardrobe and storage
- toilet cabinet with wc and sink

Calvi Ste Catherine Airport is 20 km away.
I will ask you:
-A certificate of your liability insurance / villegiature
-A participation of 1 euro per day per person over 6 years old
-A deposit check of 600 euros
-A 2nd check for 60 euros (cleaning fees)
The 2 checks will not be cashed and will be returned to you, if no deterioration is noted and if the apartment is clean, on your departure.

In June 2024, we had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks in Corsica with our daughter in the holiday apartment in Monticello. The wonderful view across the bay and the harbour of Ile Rousse, the functional furnishings and the location itself created the basis for a wonderful vacation. Parking directly in front of the house, shopping facilities nearby and in the town of Ile Rousse itself, beautiful beaches, all of which can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car, as well as the central location to the surrounding sights (Calvi, Calanches de Piana, Col de Vergio, Corte, St. Florent and also the nearby mountain villages on the coast) make it possible to explore the Balagne region extensively. The hostess Huguette lives nearby, is always available and very concerned about the well-being of her guests. All in all, a place for carefree, relaxing and also active holidays with many impressions.
