- An air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 CM bed for two people and equipped with a TV and a small dressing room
- A sofa in the living room with a Bultex mattress in 140 CM and 15 CM thick for two people offering the comfort of a real bed (ideal for parents who want to leave the room for children)
The sofa opens without removing the cushions
A baby cot is available if needed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- The covered terrace is equipped with deckchairs, a table and chairs with a relaxing view of the mountain and the small surrounding villages
- Private parking
The residence is closed by an automated gate
The location is close to the city center and the sea.
Thanks to a small private road from the residence, you can reach the heart of the city on foot, in the pedestrian alleys, the market of local products and the beach.

L'appartement est très bien situé tout près du centre et de la plage en plus parking privé et il y'a tout le confort,rien ne manque....

L'appartamento è al piano terra di una struttura condominiale molto grande. Ha tutti i confort di una vera casa, è in una posizione centrale a 5 minuti di camminata dal centro e a 10 dalla spiaggia della città.
La proprietaria è stata gentilissima.

Even though we only speak a bit of French the owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed staying at the appartment with a relexed atmosfere. Thanks for the hospitality!

très bon séjour . la location est a 2 minutes du centre ainsi que de la plage l Appartement est tout neuf et bien équipé .vous serez bien accueilli par la propriétaire . bon séjours a tous ..
