L'appartement correspondait bien à l'annonce. Il est agréable. Les voisins n'étaient pas bruyant( petit bémol les travaux qui se déroulait près de l'immeuble mais dont le propriétaire n'est pas responsable). Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis et si on doit y revenir, on relouerai chez lui.

Manque de pression dans la douche seul point négatif mais pour le reste rien à dire.

Je rentre d'une semaine au mois de juillet dans cette location. L'appartement est très agréable (très bonne literie, clim), cependant il faut savoir que les parties communes ne sont pas nettoyées et sont affreusement sales (escalier, ascenseur, couloir). De plus, il y avait un vrai problème de parking au mois de juillet (plus de place après 20h) et ma voiture a été dégradée lors de la 2eme nuit (inscription à la clé sur mon capot...) (j'ai déposé plainte à la gendarmerie qui est à 200m).
