About this apartment rental
We welcome you all year round, within a magnificent calm and secure residence entirely planted and planted with trees on 1 hectare of flat land, of only 21 accommodation units including a superb swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones, this furnished mini-villa on one level - fully tiled foot consists of:
a living room open onto a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, microwave, classic coffee maker + espresso, toaster ...)
3 beautiful air-conditioned independent bedrooms with wardrobe, including:
- ch. 1: 2 beds of 80 can be joined to make a 160 bed, with private bathroom (sink + shower)
- ch. 2: 1 bed of 140
- ch. 3: 1 double bed + 2 single beds
2 bathrooms (1 with shower and WC, 1 with shower (room 1))
1 separate WC
a large covered terrace with outdoor lounge and barbecue
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa giving you the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people.
The independent rooms and the numerous beds allow to welcome two families without being cramped.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with roller shutters.
The reception is provided on site 7 days a week in season.
Household linen (sheets, towels, bath rugs, tea towels) is available in addition (paid service € 15 / person): notify 8 days before arrival if you want this service.

Village of St Cyprien at 1500 m with shops (bakery, butcher, small supermarket, ice cream parlor, cafe, restaurant, newspapers, clothing, post office, restaurant ...) overlooking the beach of St Cyprien.
You can reach the beach of St Cyprien on foot at 1 km, by a path crossing the maquis directly from the residence.
The beaches of Cala Rossa (1500 m), Benedettu (3 km) and Pinarello (6 km) with different charms are also accessible between 3 and 10 minutes by car. The palombaggia, santa giulia and rondinara beaches are located south of Porto-Vecchio.
All shops including 2 hypermarkets in Porto Vecchio (10 minutes) and a Useful open 7 days a week at 2 km towards Porto-Vecchio.
Lezza golf course (9 holes) located at the southern exit of Porto Vecchio is accessible in less than 20 minutes; golf fans will not forget to go and play the magnificent golf of Sperone (Bonifacio) renowned for its quality and for its exceptional location which overlooks the sea facing the Lavezzi islands (reservation required in summer).

Schöne Mini-Villa in einem Ferienhaus-Park. Der Pool ist sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder ideal geeignet. Kurze Wege in die Berge, ans Meer und nach Porto Vecchio. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Villa und der Küche.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce logement bien équipé, la piscine très belle et parfaite pour les enfants( et les adultes) ainsi que l’espace terrasse. Quelques petites choses minimes comme la VMC qui est très bruyante mais nous avons trouvé la solution et également problème de Live box sur les deux derniers jours mais cela était un problème venant de l’opérateur. Aussi petit précision qui a son importance avec des enfants, le chemin pour aller à la plage de Saint Cyprien à pied est assez long, il faut bien compter 20/25 minutes et pas forcément très agréable mais il y a beaucoup de plages magnifiques dans un rayon de 30 km donc nous étions comblés. Nous recommanderons cette location.

Logement propre avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur, la clim fait vraiment la différence. Le salon de jardin extérieur pour profiter est génial, ainsi que le barbecue pour profiter de grillades entre amis. La plage a 15 min à pied et les commerces par loin facilite le séjour en corse. Je recommande fortement ce logement, on reviendra l’année prochaine avec plaisir!

Très bon séjour en Corse. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, avec 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes. Sa superficie est très correcte pour 6 adultes + un bébé. Il est très bien équipé. Nous recommandons. Petit bémol concernant le lit bébé : il manquait le matelas !!
