a studio on the right with 1 bedroom double bed + bathroom and toilet with terrace on the first floor, bowling green, equipped with a small kitchen and living room area

a teens' studio, a large living room and a dormitory area, 1 double bed + 2 single beds and sofa/TV area, a terrace on the first floor with a shower area + toilet
Garage + laundry area + an additional shower

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 2 fridges, microwaves, induction hobs, oven, 2 Nespresso coffee makers, slicer, food processor, ice maker

TV, WIFI, Air conditioning in each room

You will find nearby (5 min by car) the villages and beaches of Pinarello and St Cyprien where you will find restaurants by the sea, shops and all water activities.

Deposit of 2000€ required at the entrance of the premises, not cashed, returned at the end of the stay in case of no damage.

As cleaning is included in the price, we also ask our guests for a cleaning deposit cheque of €150, uncashed, which will be returned to them if:

- garbage cans are thrown away

- dishwasher emptied and dishes stored in the
- Fridge and cupboards emptied of food shopping (you can leave a bag or a box of your leftovers if it can be of service to you)

- Barbecue cleaned

- Roughly folded sheets and towels in each room
