Personnel friendly and welcoming.
The surroundings, great area for hiking, biking and whatever other sports :)
Not a great value for the money, too less facilities, no AC, no mini bar, no hotel bar :), spa not open ?
The concept of the hotel sounds appealing though & it might work for the purpose but during the weekend and without Spa it brings no value.
Another indeed annoying thing is the location, very close to the street - having no AC & keeping windows open is not comfortable, very loud.

"amazingly friendly and attentive staff. the hotel is really cozy and the mattress was extremely comfortable. as it was only a one night stay we weren’t able to use all the facilities."
