Could not have asked for a better stay. Chris and Joel are amazing hosts and go above and beyond to assist. The apartment was perfect for us (married couple, adult kid, and mother in-law), clean, and had everything we needed plus some. It is close walking distance to many great shops, metro, and bus stops. The apartment was well equipped and ideal for us. The location was great being close to transport and shops. Christophe and Joel's hospitality was fantastic. Joel meet us on our arrival, showed us around the apartment and the local shops. He also helped us organise our travel passes which was extremely helpful. We highly recommended this property.

Our family stayed in this apartment for one month and we can not say enough good things about the experience. Christoph, our host communicated with throughout the reservation process and our stay and was always responsive and helpful. His friend Joel met us when we checked-in, showed us all the features of the apartment then walked us around the neighborhood and helped us buy our Navigo pass (for the metro, bus, train, RER). This pass was a game changer in regards to getting around Paris and outlying areas and made getting places incredibly simple and inexpensive. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. It is located a couple hundred meters from the #3 metro line and bus lines. The neighborhood is not touristy and has great affordable restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store, boucherie, multiple boulangeries and a fromagerie very close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is an incredible open air market that opens and lines the sidewalks of the town. We shopped locally and ate very well. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils, serving dishes and cookware. When we arrived they had left us with a bottle of champagne, some beer, cheese, sandwich meat, coffee, and other items to get us started on our stay. We loved our trip, were sad to leave and would rent this apartment from Christoph again without hesitation. He and Joel made a wonderful trip even more special for our whole family.

We had a great time at the well positioned Bagnolet apartment. The apartment was clean and roomy with all the utensils required for a family 4 day stay. Christophe is a wonderful host - he ensured we had all the information required to get the most out of our visit to Paris. Additionally he provided special touches with food left for us to use ... and even a bottle of champage.!!! Although there was atransport strike on during our stay Christophe took the time to message us daily with updates and advice. A great place to stay in Paris.

If I could give a rating of 10+ rating for this apartment I would - we really enjoyed the apartment & the neighborhood. It was very close to the metro & bus system so getting into the center of Paris was easy. The little open air market that is available twice a week provided fresh fruits & vegetables as well as cooked entrees from several vendors which proved to be delicious. There is a grocery store, a bakery and frozen food store very close to the apartment. There was great communication with the owners - Christophe would often respond within 1 hr if I messaged with a question. Joel did a nice job orienting us to the apartment & neighborhood & helped us secure a Navigo card. It was easy to see that they worked hard at being great HomeAway hosts - their helpfulness made this a special experience. I felt safe walking around in the evening & would not hesitate to stay there again.

We loved this apartment! I can't say enough about how great this apartment rental process was. We were 3 women traveling for a girls' trip. Joel greeted us at the apartment then took the time to take us on a neighborhood tour so we could get acquainted with the area. The neighborhood has wonderful cafes, grocery, bakery, fromagerie, and is very close to the metro. It is a safe residential district and was so nice to end each hectic day on our balcony. The apartment itself was more stocked than any flat I have ever rented. The extra attention to detail really helps you feel as though you are blessed enough to actually live there. I wouldn't change a thing, and we can't wait to go back!

I would highly recommend renting this property. We were greeted when we arrived and he showed us around the apartment. The apartment is located in a very safe, secure area. We cannot believe the kitchen was stocked with every thing we could possibly need; fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, wine, beer, cheese, baguettes , pastries, eggs, coffee... we were so surprised and thankful. After a long day of travel it was so wonderful to have anything we could possibly need. We were then given a tour around the neighborhood and given instructions on how to use the metro. The apartment is very close to the metro and all the main attractions to Paris were easy to reach using the metro. It was nice we were able to experience the big city of Paris and then come back to the apartment at the end of the day and really experience how the locals live. If you were thinking about traveling to Paris, this is the place to stay!

Our family recently stayed in Christophe's place for 6 days and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home actually exceeded our expectations and was even better than described online. Christophe was very easy to deal with, quick to respond and very kind and helpful in offering advice for our time. Christophe was very flexible with our very early flight arrival time in Paris as well. Joel met us upon our arrival and gave us a great orientation to the home and the neighborhood. There was some wonderful food/wine awaiting us and we were shown where to get everything we needed nearby. The home was extremely clean and everything seemed to be quite new and in perfectly working order. The home has everything you need, down to the small details, to make a stay comfortable and convenient. (the only thing that was lacking were ice cube trays which are important to us Americans who like everything cold - so we bought a tray as a gift to any future Americans who need their ice :) ) It is a wonderful neighborhood with so many close conveniences and a very close Metro stop! So overall we could not have been more happy with our stay - it was fantastic in every way and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great option in Paris. For our next time in Paris we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to Christophe and Joel!

We would give Christophe a 10 star review if given that option! Christophe met us at the apartment and spent a lot of time showing us around the neighborhood, helping us buy metro and train tickets, pointing out how to get to different places in Paris, and even getting a taxi for us to get to the airport the day we left. The apartment was perfect for the three of us as we were able to have three separate rooms to sleep in. It is clean and roomy and we had everything we needed. The delicious food and beverages Christophe left for us were a warm welcome to Paris. Before we even arrived in Paris Christophe had sent us an entire page of recommendations for non-touristy things to do. It was so wonderful knowing if we had any trouble in Paris at all we could simply send Christophe a text and he would help us out! Christophe is delightful, warm, friendly, and generous. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again. It really is the best apartment rental experience we have ever had.

We have been to Paris many times but enjoyed our hosts, Christophe and Joel as one of our favorites. The apartment is a perfect location, close to the Metro,buses and of course the bakery and local supermarket. The apartment is clean and well kept. It was a delight to find a well stocked apartment with fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, milk and a nice bottle of wine. Joel walked the neighborhood with me to show us where everything was located for an easy transition. This will be the perfect apartment for you on your visit to Paris.

Our experience with staying at this apartment could not have been better!! The apartment is located in a safe and very nice area in Paris. It was extremely comfortable and we were so very pleased with both the wonderful accommodations, as well as all of our interactions with Christophe and Joel. When we arrived at the apartment we were met by Joel. He was so helpful in explaining everything about the apartment and then took us on a walk around the neighborhood to point out the grocery store, Metro and restaurants, all within about a block walk from the apartment. We were so pleased and surprised to find our apartment stocked with fruit, meats, cheese, wine, bakery items and everything we needed to get started. This was so wonderful to find at the end of our long travel. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with all of the supplies we needed. Christophe and Joel provided great information about some of the local events that we didn't know about and their suggestions were wonderful! They also were most helpful in teaching us about the cheapest and easiest way to get around Paris. The Navigo pass they suggested worked so well! They also arranged for our early morning taxi to the airport which helped our departure go smoothly and stressfree. We spent a couple hours visiting with Christophe and Joel, over wine and enjoyed so much, meeting and getting to know them! If you want to spend some time in Paris then this apartment is ideal. Two good sized bedrooms with a living room / dining room, where you find a pull out bed (small double). A balcony runs along the length of the apartment which overlooks a residential street which, apart from the occasional moped, is quiet. The kitchen is ideal for a holiday apartment. Everything you will need is available and on arrival Christopher ensures that there are some essentials in the fridge. A very nice touch! Everything is clean - cutlery, plates, bowls, the whole apartment in fact. Christopher and Joel make perfect hosts and are incredibly helpful. Metro is close by, as are plenty of small supermarkets, bars and boulangeries. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend this apartment and location. Thank you Christophe and Joel (and Marie) - you helped to make our stay in Paris enjoyable and memorable. Merciful beaucoup!!

Truly amazing host: the owner really want us to spend a good time in Paris, helping us in every possible ways, like hop in to our car to ensure we find the nearest gas station. We felt warmly welcomed when we arrived, and missed when we left. The apartment could nicely fit our party of 6, very nicely renovated, it is clean and very functional. Very good location: close to subway and tramway stations: right besides the subway station exit, there is a small supermarket, a wonderful bakery. Highly, highly recommended for your stay in Paris.

Our family of five spent a week in this well appointed apartment in the 20th arrondissement just steps from the Metro. The apartment had everything you might need with a modern kitchen and bathroom. All beds were very comfortable including the sofa couch. The hosts are incredible! They provide initial groceries, including eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, water, beer and wine! And gave us a lovely tour of the neighborhood. They even assisted us in purchasing Metro passes for the week. The street is noisy with garbage trucks each morning. And our week was quite warm but there were fans in each room. We would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good stuff about Christophe and Joel. From the moment I booked, Christophe was in contact with me, answering questions and offering suggestions. They both met my family of 5 at the Rail station (we came in from London) and guided us all the way back to the apartment. Apartment was very spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the Metro station. Very clean and had everything we needed and more, including a fully stocked fridge with fresh fruit, croissants and wine! Every evening I would email Christophe with questions about our next day's itinerary and he would immediately respond with answers and suggestions. On check out day, Joel rode the train all the way to the station we needed to get us to the airport. We have told everyone back home (US) about their awesome apartment and hospitality and will recommend them to anyone going to Paris. Thank you both for an awesome experience!

I hesitate to write this amazing review because then we will never be able to get back in to rent the apartment because it will be taken! Christophe was incredible - he offered information, directions and anything else we needed before we arrived, met us at apartment the first day, gave us a tour of the neighborhood, and arranged a taxi for the last day to the airport. The apartment was spotless, Christophe had left food in the fridge for us weary travelers, there were toys for my tired 6 year old, and we could not have been happier! We will come back again and again!

My family of six had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we chose the perfect accommodations for our visit. Christophe and his partner provided a warm welcome and great intro to the apartment, neighborhood, and Paris in general. They also generously shocked the kitchen with some much appreciated groceries to get us started after our long journey. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean; and in a great neighborhood with grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, a cool farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and is steps from the metro. We loved sitting on the balcony and absorbing the atmosphere of this great Parisian neighborhood.

We loved staying there. There was plenty of room, very clean, and so safe that we could sleep with the sliding doors open during the night. I was very glad we took earplugs to help drown out the noise during the night. If we get to go back, we will be taking a couple of fans to use as noise makers to help drown the noise out. If you aren't a light sleepwr, you probably won't be bothered by the the nightly noise. The building is extremely quiet. We will definitely stay there again. Christophe is a genuine thoughtfull guy. You will never meet anyone more caring about your needs while you are away from home.

The apartment is very pleasant. On a quiet street, a short walk from the subway. Everything amenity is new and of good quality. It is a good place to relax after a day of running around Paris, in the crowd. The owners were very helpful in many ways. They enquired about our needs and plans for our stay and provided pointers to events and shows. They also advised on the best use of Paris transportation system. We will be back to Christophe's place the next time we come to Paris. We can recommend it to anyone.

We were a family of 4 and found the apartment just wonderful! From the moment we arrived Christophe and his partner made us feel so welcome. They walked us through the apartment and made sure we were comfortable with using the appliances, television, etc. We also took a short tour around the block to get us familiar with the Metro, show us a local patisserie (excellent!) and grocery store. The fridge was also stocked with enough food and wine to get us started. During our stay we had a couple questions which Christophe answered very quickly. He also arranged our return taxi to the airport. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paris and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for family and friends! Absolute brilliant. From booking till arrival, the owner was very helpful. After explaining the apartment equipment, the owner gave a tour in the area and gave usefull info to get started with public transport. The apartment itself, is very nice, it is clean, equipped with a good kitchen, shower etc. So we felt very welcome. In case the Hilton wants to enter the private apartment business, I do advise this owner as the first one Hilton needs to contract. We rate out stay 6 stars !

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live as a Parisian? This is your chance. From the moment we walked into this sparkling clean, beautifully furnished apartment, we felt comfortaable. We were met by Christoph, its cordial owner. He walked us through the apartment's appliances and showed us how to use them. When we discovered, two days later, that we hadn't fully grasped the nuances, he was kind enough to come back after work and show us again. From the first, it was clear that it was truly important to him that we enjoy our stay. He provided tips about the neighborhood and even stocked the refrigerator with enough food and wine to get us started. The neighborhood includes almost anything you could need in the way of supplies and nice neighborhood restaurants. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant when we encountered them. Metro line number 3 is only a block away. The tram line which runs from Porte de Vincennes to Porte La Chapelle is only a few blocks away. Here is also a bus which runs to near the Louvre but we felt it would take longer than the metro so we didn't use it. Christoph speaks English. Most of the shopkeepers have at least some English but it will be easier for you if you have some French. There is a fine market twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays). This is a comfortable, easy to use home in Paris -- far enough from the tourist center to let you relax but close enough by metro to let you easily visit the sites. We visit Paris quite often. We plan to stay at Christoph's apartment whenever we do. Absolutely the only caveat: if you, like us, use an ATM to get cash for your trip, do not use the bank in the local square. We found out the hard way that they gouge you as much as the old bureaux de change did. There is a more than 6% additional charge. Instead, walk up toward Place Gambetta and use any of those banks instead.

We were a family of 5 adults and found the appartment to be very comfortable, the welcome from the hosts was excellent, they went over and above to ensure we were familiar with the area and mode of travel. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Paris and would have no hesitation in recommending this appartment for family and friends.
