The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small residence of 7 apartments.
It is a very well appointed T3 of 75m2, very recent with, in addition, a wooden terrace of 25 m2. The terrace is furnished, covered and enjoys a 180 ° view of the Mediterranean Sea!

Really lovely apartment in an incredible setting, directly opposite the beach. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean and provides you with everything you need for a comfortable beach holiday. Christian the owner is very helpful and the check in process is very simple. Would definitely recommend

Luxury accommodation with large terrace located on the beach with a great sea view. We had a wonderful time. The apartment has 2 fine bedrooms and is very suitable for 4 people. The centre is about a 5-10-minute walk. A minus closes the doors in time in the evening for the mosquitoes.

Hosts were great and honestly this has been the most comfortable stay on our 4-week trip. The view of the beach is beautiful and Palavas has stores and restaurants a walk away.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Tolle Lage direkt am Sandstrand mit Zugang zu selbigem. Herrliche Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir diverse Getränke vor als Begrüssung des Vermieters Mr Boidin.
Nach der Übergabe mussten wir aber feststellen, dass die Wohnung zu wenig gut gereinigt war: Zahnpastareste im Lavabo, Spinnennetze im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (noch mit vielen Insekten drin), Brotkrümmel auf den Esstischstühlen, dicke Staubschicht auf dem Bettrahmen am Kopfteil, Staub auf allen Sockelleisten.
Dies wohl deshalb, weil eine Endreinigung von dritter Seite nicht obligatorisch ist und so wohl nur halbherzig von den Vermietern geputzt wird.
