For rent very nice apartment of 75m² on the seafront (feet in the water) duplex in Palavas Les flots in the Hérault left bank avenue Saint Maurice close to all amenities.
Fully air-conditioned, for 6 to 8 people, it is composed on the first floor of an entrance hall with a shower room, a washing machine and a separate toilet as well as a large living room, dining room with fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a large terrace of more than 15m² facing the sea.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as 3 large bedrooms:
-a sea view bedroom with a large bay window and a balcony, a king size bed in 2 meters, air conditioning, television and plenty of storage space
- a bedroom with window, a 160 cm bed, air conditioning, television and dresser
- a bedroom with French window and a balcony with sea view, a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, television and cupboard
You will find a large refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster...
Wifi, private parking, sheets provided and possibility to rent towels (10€/person)
