This is a beautiful penthouse apartment situated right on the beach with the most stunning 360 degree views. The apartment was very clean and decorated very modern and tasteful, serviced by a small lift. There is a garage fully secured on ground floor, though a little tight to get in and out of in a large car. The layout of the apartment was a large spacious open plan living space with two double bedrooms and one double bunk room. One double had an ensuite bathroom but there was no toilet in the ensuite. If you are expecting two toilets, as we were, there is only one! Not ideal for us but it was difficult to tell from the Vrbo listing. There is a separate shower room also. There is air con only in the 3 bedrooms, none in the living space but we kept the windows open to allow air to flow. The kitchen dining area was very large with everything you need for your stay. The outside balcony was very large with ample outdoor seating. Isabel and Mr Catalan were perfect hosts, with just a few misunderstandings as their English is very basic, as was our French, but all sorted once the language barrier was rectified with the help of Google translate!All in all a beautiful apartment, ideally situated on a beautiful beach and highly recommended from us! Don't forget to water the balcony plants!

Incredible apartment. Staying here makes you feel like in heaven: everything is available, the view on the beach is superb and you can even see the sea from your bed. The administration is flawless and the welcome given you is great. Haven't stayed in any place comparable before.

C'est un bel appartement moderne. Il est situé dans le centre de Palavas avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
This is an amazing apartment. It is spacious, modern and has a terrific view. The terrace wraps around the entire front and side of the apartment. It's in walking distance of shopping, and restaurants. The beach is just across the street. We had a wonderful stay.
