The first floor has 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (9 m2 - 1 double bed) with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub (5m2), bedroom 2 (9 m2 - 1 double bed), bedroom 3 (8 m2 - Two single beds oriented North for the nap of the children) + a room of shower with toilets (4 m2). At the RC is a toilet and storage room, a large living room (25 m2) with a flat screen TV, a sofa bed and a dining table 8 people. The kitchen is large (8 m2) and includes a refurbished appliances (microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). In the kitchen there is also a washing machine and a traditional oven. The terrace of 14 m2 is an ideal living space for your meals and evenings. It is protected from the sun and rain by an awning and a motorized blind. The terrace is equipped with new garden furniture (tables and chairs for 8 people) and an electric barbecue on foot for 8 people. The garden (18 m2), in the extension of the terrace, is equipped with two sun baths for your tanning sessions. The house also has a garage located 50 meters from the house: private garage, closed and offering ample storage space for all your sea and sports business (bicycles ...).
The towels and bedding are provided on option (15 € bedding and towels per week and per person). Stroller or cot are also available if needed each for € 15 per week.
Our housekeeper will ask you 500 euros deposit to pay by check (check not cashed and returned at the end of stay). ATTENTION: Following the resumption of the financing of this equipment by the co-owners of Cap Esterel, the access to the 5 swimming pools of Cap Esterel, to the ten of tennis and to the Golf 9 holes of the field are included in the price and accessible free to our tenants! Access cards for this equipment will be given to you by hand at the entrance to the accommodation. No extra charges and waiting at the counter!
New 2019: the garden has been completely redone: replanted lawn and a baluster for the safety of your children with setting up an outdoor lighting for your long evenings!
