About this apartment rental
Grand T1 which includes a very nice living room facing the sea and south. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator is completely redone. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.). The dressing room and the toilets are separated. The unique location makes it an ideal vacation spot. At the foot of the apartment you have all public transport and shops. Travelling by boat to the island of Porquerolles from the bottom of the apartment. The Provencal market on Cours Lafayette is 50 meters from the apartment.
10 minutes from the station on foot you have the bus in front of the apartment.

Philippe met me bang on cue, on my arrival. The apartment (with a lift to the 3rd floor) was everything I hoped for... a panoramic view to the east, south & west over the marina & harbour. A very comfortable double bed, a beautifully appointed open plan shower/wet-room area and separate WC. Walk in cupboard for cloths with ironing board etc. The separate kitchens was well-equipped with all mod cons... Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer. Double glazed windows back and front and good electric heating.
It is difficult to find anything to be critical of except for one thing... The apartment is soundproof with the exception of traffic noise (especially in the early hours) through the front door... street cleaning etc. Keep the kitchen door closed and this does help!
The location of the apartment is second to none! Near to the old part of the town, shopping streets and a 15 minute walk to the train/bus stations. 5 minutes from Stade Mayol and many restaurants and bars in the immediate vacinity, along the water front.
Highly recommended for a short or long stay and excellent value for money!
