Christine très accueillante. Appartement bien équipé niveau cuisine, literie bonne, canapé a vieilli et est à changer on y est mal assis.Place de parking pas très pratique en biais le long d'un mur,ne pas venir avec un gros véhicule. Ascenseur d'un autre temps, très étroit, si on monte à 2 avec les bagages obligé de faire 2 voyages, l'isolation thermique et phonique pas au top on entend les bruits des voisins et de la rue.Le matin et le soir obligé de remettre le chauffage, charges à prévoir en + alors qu'avec une bonne isolation. Porte de douche très étroite, une personne un peu forte ne rentre pas, je fais 1m80 90kgs c'est juste, au dessus vous ne prenez pas de douche pendant 1 semaine. C'est dommage l'appartement est très bien situé, mer et centre ville, mais ces quelques améliorations en feraient un appartement super, dommage.
