With 03 parking spaces, two internal and one external. Condominium has pool and children's pool. Quiet, wooded location, 350 meters from the beach. Located in Camburyzinho, one of the most charming and quiet of the north coast of São Paulo. Great for surfing, walking and contact with nature.

Ótimo condomínio, muito seguro. Piscina deliciosa. Casa muito confortável e muito bem equipada. Ar condicionados novos, colchões confortáveis e banheiros com ótima ducha. Proprietário gentil e sempre disponível. Retorno e recomendo!

Casa, condomínio e comunicação excelentes!! Casa impecável!! Serviço de praia excelente. Tudo funcionando em perfeita condição e comunicação com o proprietário fácil, rápida e objetiva! Recomendo muito e provavelmente voltarei!

Passamos dias muito agradáveis neste imóvel em Camburizinho. O imóvel é aconchegante! Muito bem conservado e decorado, acho que um dos melhores do condomínio. O condomínio é bem agradável também. Compensa a distancia da praia, que para nós é tranquila mas minha mãe tínhamos que levar de carro (79 anos). Adoramos tudo e o sol também ajudou bastante! O show de fogos na praia na virada foi muito bonito! Como sugestão para abrilhantar ainda mais a estadia mais um refrigerador/freezer pequeno seria muito bom porque no calor intenso as bebidas ocupam bastante espaço na geladeira e uma lavadora de roupas para que as roupas não precisem ficar estendidas á noite do lado de fora. Seria 1000%. Super recomendamos àqueles que querem curtir Camburizinho. Voltaremos assim que possível. Muito obrigada. Vera e Álvaro
