Luxury residence ‘LE GOLF CLAIR’ - Superb, recently built villa with all mod cons, spacious and bright, with two bedrooms on two floors.
This villa will enchant you with its peace and comfort (air conditioning).
The residence has a 10 x 8 m rectangular fenced swimming pool, depth 150 cm (open from 15/06 to 15/09, subject to change), a bicycle storage room and secure private parking.
This villa of approximately 52m² on one floor has two bedrooms with queen-size beds (each), one of which has a covered terrace, and a bathroom with WC. The first floor comprises a living room, lounge, fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, pod coffee machine, etc.) and a second large terrace.
Ideal rental for 2 couples.
Nearby restaurant, ‘HAWAI SURFING’ water sports centre (water sports activities).
Residence located on the Saint Cyprien International Golf Course.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week

L'appartement est juste super ! Conforme aux photos et l'agence qui le loue est très bien.
La ville de Saint cyprien est plutôt animee, il y a des marchés régulièrement et il y a la ville de canet à côté qui est pas mal non plus.
Le seul inconvénient c'est que la plage ne se situe pas à côté. Mais il y a la piscine qui est plutôt appréciable.
