Small house (32M ²) Garden (> 70M ²) Private parking. Quiet area and the sea at 200m (see the "Location" section).
The Little House has been referenced as No. 66. 037. 15. 31/3/4 on October 16, 2015; this visit was made by the Relais des Gîtes de France 66, which classified the "Small House" in furnished Tourism: 3 stars!

As a measure of hygiene and security for future tenants, unfortunately the rental is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The rental is rented for 4 people maximum and a child under 3 years.
The small sunny house with lots of charm is facing south, renovated and air conditioned it is located in a quiet area, not overlooked for sunbathing, 200 m from the large sandy beach, the most beautiful of the coast Roussillonnaise and ideal for children.
In the spacious garden (> 70M²) you can accommodate your vehicle.
This summer 2019, a 3 seats Swing (maximum: 200kg) has completed the garden furniture.
A stone barbecue (Photo) is waiting for your next barbecue.

Privileged and quality rental in a quiet area, 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes walk from the GP and the 1st Pharmacy, 6 minutes by car from the Olympic Pool and Tennis Club. Canet. La Poste is 4mn by car and 10 minutes walk.
No need for car shops (grocery store, bakery / pastry shop, restaurant, bars) and transportation are close.
Large market on Mondays and evening entertainment in the summer.

2019 tariff according to the booking deadlines: 50% at the booking, 50% of the remaining balance 1 month before the 1st day of rental and a deposit check of 500 euros the day of your arrival.
Should there be a cancellation the month before the first rental day and lack of replacement tenant for the chosen period, the 50% of the reservation and the 50% of the remaining balance will be lost or "Have" for the next season .
You will be able to make an opinion on the criteria of Quality of the accommodation, by reading the "Description" and the "Equipment", by looking at the 43 Authentic Photos, without any assembly of embellishment and especially in consultants the "Appreciations" of the tenants. Tres bien pour un couple et 2 jeunes enfants. Parfaitement équipé. Grande cour aménagée très appréciable. A 200 m de la plage. Quartier calme mais peu éloigné du centre Propriétaire disponible, arrangeant et très discret Nous espérons revenir l été prochain

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M.SALLES; la propriété est propre, calme et fraîche (climatisation), le jardin et le barbecue ont été très appréciés. A 3 min à pieds de la plage, nous nous y sommes rendu tous les jours, en laissant la voiture garée à l’abris. Mini golf, location de bateau, parachute, marché... beaucoup d’activités aux alentours. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location et nous la recommandons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la petite villa. Elle est très confortable, propre, dotée d'une cuisine bien équipée. La cerise sur le gâteau est sa superbe localisation dans un cartier très calme, à seulement 200m de la plage. Monsieur Salles est un propriétaire très gentil est à l'écoute de ces locataires. Nous recommandons vivement!
