Living / dining room with 1 large sofa convertible comfort (140 x 200), large flat screen (121 cm), exit to the balcony.
1 bedroom with 1 bed 180x200 (2 beds 90 x 200, possibility of the lunch), flat screen, exit to the balcony.
Open kitchen (large fridge, freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 3 induction hob, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, etc ...).
Bathroom: bathtub, hair dryer, electric towel rail.
Separate WC.
Many storage and cupboards.
Balcony 8.5 m2. Terrace furniture (table + chairs), 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue.
View of the sea and the mountain.

We were looking forward to a lovely apartment which was a stones throw from the beach - we weren't disappointed.
M. Kosogorov is a great host and the communications with him was excellent.
We had a lovely stay in this exceptional apartment - our only regret was that we couldn't stay a week longer!
Highly recommended.

The "Meet and Greet" was very efficient and friendly. The property was on the forth floor which was accessed via a lift. The apartment itself had all modern amenities and equipment for washing and cooking. It had a wide selection of cooking utensils, pans and a very useful microwave oven. Large comfortable bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Views from the spacious balcony over the Mediterranean were superb. We will go again to this lovely apartment

Erg goed en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Bed is groot en ligt uitstekend.
Eigenaar Elwis is zeer betrokken en flexibel. Ligging is leuk met aan de boulevard diverse restaurantjes. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij. Wij verbleven de eerste week van september en toen was er ruimte genoeg de auto voor de deur te parkeren, anders moet deze wat verder weg, in de parkeergarage. Wij zouden hier zeker naar terug gaan!
