Living / dining room with 1 large convertible corner sofa (140 x 200), large flat screen (128 cm), exit to the balcony.
New bedding !!! King size

or 2 90x200 beds (specify when booking)
Open kitchen (large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 induction hobs, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, etc.).
Bathroom: shower, hair dryer.
Separate WC.
Plenty of storage and cupboards.
Balcony. Terrace furniture (2 tables + 4 chairs), electric barbecue on request.
Sea and mountain views. Crossing pond of flamingos and canigou.
Available: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
BB kit available (potty, high chair, travel cot) on request.
