Ideally located, I suggest you take advantage of this 60 m² apartment for 4/5 people.

Your car parked at 30m (free), you will be able to appreciate the activity of the fishing and marinas a few steps away from the seaside promenade as well as strolling in the pedestrian streets.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet, bright and well-kept 18th century townhouse.

The contemporary decoration respects the charm of the old: ceiling height, beams and parquet floors.

Refurbished, it is 3-star Atout France approved.

Apartment in the heart of Dieppe

A lady met us at the apartment to provide the keys and returned to collect when we departed - she spoke no English so some basic French will help as you need to ring her 45 minutes prior to arriving. Initially we couldn't find the apartment as the view of the property is of the courtyard. It can be found behind some large brown gates. The apartment was very close to the harbour, restaurants and shopping street and a very short walk from the beach. No need for a car here. We did have a car and parked it in the courtyard for 4 euros a day. There's a train station in Dieppe so we took the train to Paris from there. The apartment has one bedroom only but had a sofa bed in the lounge and another just outside the shower room which can be curtained off for privacy. We are a family of two adults and two teenage children and the layout worked ok for us and the apartment has everything you need. The area was busy but any noise finished at around 11.00 pm when the restaurants closed and the apartment had double glazing to block it out anyway. A nice clean and tidy apartment in the heart of Dieppe.

Une visite tres agreeable. L'appartement dans une location tres calme mais proche au Marche, Restaurants, plage,port etc. Bien equippee, acceuil excellente, chambres bien chauffees ( tres important au debut de mars!), beaucoup de l'eau chaud. Tous bien propre et bien entretenue..Je serai bien heureux a faire encore une visite. Bob. Irlande.

Appartement très confortable qui permet d'affronter sereinement les caprices de la météo ! Une grande chambre avec une petite chambre attenante ( idéale pour un enfant) et un séjour avec canapé-lit très pratique et confortable. Cuisine parfaitement équipée avec ustensiles et vaisselle de qualité. Le tout dans un bâtiment ancien très bien restauré et situé à deux pas des commerces et de la plage. Merci Nelly!

Schnuckelige Wohnung. Sauber und gepflegt. Es sind eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden! Das Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer lässt sich wirklich ausziehen, obwohl es etwas klemmt (an der linken, oberen Ecke ziehen).

Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet und gepflegt in der Atmosphäre eines historischen Hauses. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer bis auf ein Schlafzimmer. Die Lage zwischen Hafen, Strand und Zentrum ist genial, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Appartement agréable et propre. Bien situé et assez bien équipé. Immeuble calme. Accueil agréable avec une bouteille de cidre au frais et un paquet de gâteaux offert. Le lit est très grand et la literie est bonne. En revanche, la 2e chambre n'est pas une chambre, mais un dégagement avec un clic clac, donc un lieu de passage. Il faudrait des voilages aux fenêtres pour un peu plus d'intimité, ainsi qu'une porte à la salle de bain. Gros point noir : pas de sèche linge et pas d'étendoire. Nous avons eu un mal fou à faire sécher nos serviettes de plage ! Beaucoup de problèmes pour se garer aussi car le parking du bord de mer était entièrement occupé par la fête foraine. Je conseille cette location notamment à des couples. Je reviendrai sans problème, si un sèche linge a été prévu ! Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dieppe, l'appartement est idéalement situé entre la plage et le port. Beaucoup de balades, restaurants, animations à 2 pas de la résidence. L'appartement est propre et décoré avec goût. Petit bémol sur l'etendoir à linge (pas très pratique) et les rideaux très difficiles à ouvrir et fermer. Sinon le reste est très bien 😊

We had a very pleasant 6 nights stay in the appartment which met all of our needs. Perfect size for four adults. The location was very nice with both beach, harbor-area and shopping facilities within walking range. The communication with the owner and also the lady who met us in the appartment at arrival was great. Available parking facilities near by at the beach - public, but safe and free of charge. The only disadvantage was, that we had to bring sheets for the third bed. We found that a little strange, since there are three beds and we wrote that we needed all three. A small problem since we knew ahead of time (and had brought extra sheets with us) - but still a bit strange. However - we truely recommend this appartment for your holiday.

Merci à la propriétaire pour son goût pour la décoration et le choix du matériel pour que les locataires passent des vacances de rêves dans un nid douillet et confortable sans aucun soucis. Merci à la personne qui fait l'entretien du logement pour nous laisser du temps libre loin des corvées ménagères. Manque peut être un sèche linge ou un étendage sur pied pour un meilleur séchage du linge mais si ce n'est que ça.....rien de grave. A conseiller à tous....

Schönes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage. Gute Ausstattung und Größe. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns während der Osterferien dort wohl gefühlt. Appartement war geheizt als wir ankamen! Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und deren "Helferin" vor Ort.

Une visite tres agreeable. Une location de calme mais bien proche au Marche, Restaurants, Plage et port. Appartement tres comfortable, bien equippee. Acceuil tres bon. Chambres propres et bien chauffees. Beaucoup de l'eau chaud pour les douches etc. La cuisine excellente avec tous ce qu'il faut. Nous etions une famille de 3 adultes et l'appartement nous convenait a merveille. Bob. Irlande.

Dans un hôtel particulier du XVIIIème très calme et propre, l'appartement au premier étage présente tout le confort. L'accueil y est très sympathique. Idéal pour un couple, il se situe à deux pas du port et de la plage, restaurants et des commerces. Tout pour passer un bon temps de repos en cette période hivernale.

La location correspond parfaitement à la description donnée dans le descriptif locatif : propre, moderne, confortable et spacieux, idéal pour un couple avec ou sans enfants. Idéalement située en centre ville prés du port de plaisance et à 2' à pied du bord de mer le long de la 'pelouse' de Dieppe, très pratique pour les courses et les sorties culturelles. Enfin située dans une cour à l'abri du bruit dans un ancien hôtel particulier permet de se retrancher au calme et au frais. Je recommande vivement cette location dont la propriétaire est disponible, charmante et attentive aux locataires. C.Sorel
