CHARMING T3 75 M2 RESIDENCE STANDIND SECURIZED HUGE BEACH SAND 2 'ON FOOT

We spent our 2-week holiday in this flat in mid-August. We travelled as a family of 4. Here is our evaluation: Flat: Perfect for a family of 4. There are 2 bedrooms (children's bedroom and master bedroom). Large living room with open kitchen and dining area. Plenty of storage space. WC and bathroom are separate. Large terrace with tap & hose to rinse off sandy feet after visiting the beach before entering the flat. The flat was very clean. Location: The flat is located in a private residence inhabited mainly by French people. 2 min to the private beach (private path). In August our beach was deserted. Ideal for people who like quiet. The beach area is very beautiful. The beach is ideal for children (shallow slope). Good starting point for excursions (visit of Bastia, trip with the narrow-gauge railway to Corte from Casamozza, beaches in the south and on the east side of the island, fingers of Corsica (haute corse). Shopping facilities are nearby (car necessary). The ferry from Bastia is between 20 and 30 min away. Facilities: The furnishings are like home, so perfect. From barbecues to baking cakes, everything is possible. water Kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, hand blender, etc. everything is available. We only had to take half as many things with us as there was a washing machine. The laundry rack on the terrace could be a bit bigger (not suitable for bath towels), but you can also dry the bath towels over the railing of the terrace. There are also beach toys for the children (e.g. things to dig in the sand, kites). Very good working wifi. The bed linen and towels were changed easily after one week. The landlady Eveline is very friendly and gives tips for activities and always helps. We (2 adults & 2 children (6 & 14 years) really enjoyed our 2 weeks there and can recommend it.

From the moment we arrived everything went perfectly. The owner Eveline was on hand to deal with any queries we had and was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this apartment, great location for exploring North Corsica and the beach is almost deserted! A hidden gem of a place. We will be back...

Wir haben 10 Tage in diese Wohnung verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Sandstrand ist sehr nah. Ideal um noch vor dem Frühstück zu schwimmen ... Es ist ideal für die Kleinkinder, da das Wasser erst nach etwa 150 m tiefer wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Es liegt nah an Bastia und ist auch als Ausganspunkt für Tagesausflüge ideal. Wir waren in Cap Corse, Ile Rousse - alles gut von hier aus zu erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in etwa 4 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Vermieterin Eveline ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder (9, 10) haben den Aufenthalt auch sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es 2 Reiterhöfe und man kann ein Austritt am strand oder Baden mit den Pferden buchen. Ein tolles Erlebnis!
