About this villa rental
In villa on the edge of a huge beach of several kilometers. Individual rents garden level 110m2, sleeps 6, all comfort consists of 3 bedrooms, two parental with double bed + a small child with two bunk beds, a living room with American kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. bathroom with Italian shower. Two large terraces with deckchairs and garden furniture (barbecue) surround the house, as well as a large garden with trees. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hotplates, oven, microwave, television., Wifi .. Everything has been repainted this fall and the bathroom is new.
The beach is huge, bordered by a pine forest. The site is exceptional. We can walk to the beach because it is next to it even with small children. The rates vary from 1000 euros to 1600 euros depending on the rental period.
There are many activities: walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, aquabranche, tennis, karting, mountain biking, water sports, disco ... A supermarket, restaurants, a bookseller, a hairdresser and a pharmacy are accessible on foot or 5 'by car. Possibility of a sea trip by boat in St Florent on request from the owners.

Une villa très agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée, rien ne manque. Un jardin magnifique avec des terrasses très fonctionnelles, la plage à 2 minutes à pied, peu fréquentée, un rêve...
L'accueil est quant à lui exceptionnel, les propriétaires qui habitent à coté, sont toujours disponibles sans jamais être envahissants. Ils nous ont souvent très bien conseillé dans le choix de nos sorties, restaurants, plages...que du bonheur.
Nous avions l'impression d'être chez des amis, Noëlle et Xavier, merci pour ce séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons c'est promis.

Nous avons loué cette très agréable villa en 2013 avec son jardin magnifiquement arboré, une terrasse permettant de vivre dehors, un espace intérieur confortable et agréable s'il est besoin de rester un peu à l'intérieur ... la plage à 2 pas sans quitter la résidence, les commerces à 10 minutes si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre votre voiture ... et les propriétaires disposant d'un sens de l'hospitalité comme peu de gens ... alors l'été dernier nous n'avons pas hésité une seconde sur notre destination ... et cette été ... direction "chez Noëlle et Xavier" ... que nous embrassons affectueusement. La maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée et très propre. Les propriétaires Noël et Xavier vous accueillent avec un café, leur chaleur et leur bonne humeur. Les 2 terrasses privatives vous permettent de profiter et admirer le superbe jardin. La plage est à 2 pas, la résidence est calme et sécurisée. Et si vous avez besoin de quoi que se soit, mine de rien, les propriétaires sont toujours là pour vous renseigner et vous faire profiter des bons plans.
A louer les yeux fermer, mais laisser un place !
