About this villa rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 105 m² air-conditioned house with private swimming pool in Borgo, less than a kilometre from the beach (4 minutes' walk), which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 500 m² fenced garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 45 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Small laundry room with washing machine
First floor
- Bedroom 3: master suite with double bed (140x190), sofa, bathroom with bath and WC, adjoining terrace overlooking the Biguglia lake and surrounding mountains.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 6m x 3m swimming pool, private.
- A beautiful 500 m² fenced garden
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Borgo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station:- 10 km from Furiani station: 11 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: - 13 km from Bastia airport: 15 minutes by car
- Port: 15 km from Bastia port: 20 minutes by car
Other remarks :

- Children must be supervised by adults around and in the pool.

- The fireplace is functional; wood is not provided, but can be purchased in the shops located 3 km from the house.
