About this villa rental
Between sea and mountain, on the heights of Bastia, enjoying a panoramic view, our villa welcomes you in its green setting. A fully enclosed garden of 1500m2 where you will find the local flora composed of olive trees, arbutus trees and hundred-year-old heather. ..Children will enjoy a porch, swings, a badminton net while parents will indulge in lazing around on the deckchairs after a day exploring our Isle of Beauty.
The geographical location of our villa is ideal, because, located at the crossroads, it allows you to discover Cap Corse (to the north), the beaches 15 minutes (to the south), St Florent and the Agriates desert to the east , while avoiding Bastia which is 3kms to the west.
The house, fully air conditioned, is comfortable and functional. On the ground floor, the living room, the kitchen and a bedroom open onto a 40m2 terrace, a second bedroom, bathroom, wc, laundry room complete the package. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms, a bathroom with wc, and the mezzanine (wifi corner) with convertible sofa. We have the necessary to welcome a baby: bed, high chair, playpen and stroller.
We provide the linen and do the cleaning.
The rates are 1300 € / week in June

You can discover the charm of our city, the Old Port, the Citadel, the Market, the Romieux Garden, the Palace of the Governor,
that authentic side that you won't find elsewhere. Cap Corse, majestic and wild, the customs trails that will lead you to adorable little coves, the Agriates desert which brings you "U Paradisu" dream beach. Visit Balagne, Ile Rousse, Calvi etc ... Mountains, rivers, beaches ...
Good restaurants await you and the warm and authentic welcome of the Corsicans.
