About this house rental
Detached house with two bedrooms
- 1st bedroom: a 140 bed with new mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables
- 2nd bedroom: 2 beds of 90 "slatted" box springs in the other
- possibility of baby bed (cot "umbrella") as well as a high chair for small and baby bath
- fully equipped modern and functional kitchen: oven (changed in April 2017), microwave, dishwasher (changed in 2016), washing machine (changed in 2016), "gas" hob, fridge / freezer, "normal" coffee maker and coffee maker Nespresso
- lots of dishes: everything to cook without problems
- Bathroom completely renovated in November 2016 with shower, WC and storage
- Living room: comfortable sofa and armchairs
Flat screen TV; storage unit
- dining room for 6 with buffet cabinet containing dishes, glasses, library corner.
- enclosed garden full of flowers with garden furniture for eating outside (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, beach chairs available)
- Linen provided: for the beds, towels and beach towels
- cleaning products: detergent, dishwasher product left on site
- small pharmacy: 1st emergency provided
- car easy to park on the street
- town center and beach 600 meters away
- possibility to leave bikes and stroller in the garden (closed)
- small city bus 25 meters away
- nearby: 100m: grocery store, pharmacy, post office, wifi zone (there are 17 free wifi zones in Arcachon)
The advantages: independent house in a street and a quiet residential area: while being very accessible - on foot - from the excitement of the city center and the beaches. Car parked without problems (no paid areas). Enclosed garden: where children can play and where you can eat and rest.

Very easy to communicate with the host who speaks very good English and is quick to answer messages.

We have just returned from our stay at this lovely spacious house. There is every conceivable home comfort! The area is perfectly positioned to take in all of Arcachon's many attractions. The beaches and village centre are only 10 minutes walk away. There is a secluded patio area where you can take in the sun which is present nearly all of the day. The winter town area where this property is located is peaceful and beautiful, dotted with historic mansions. The host was informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even providing a handmade booklet at the property. We can't wait to come back. Thank you.

L'accueil a été très sympathique et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir disposer de draps et de serviettes.
A revoir:les literies (matelas et sommiers en mauvais état),équipement de la cuisine à renouveler et à compléter.
